If I could rate this place 1 star I would. Not only were the workers moving extremely slow to get sandwiches made (I was 1st in... line and they took 20 minutes to get to me plus there were about 15 more people behind me in line by the time they got to me)but the chicken and bacon on my and my husband's sub was so cold it was like it came out of the refrigerator even after they putit through the oven. Neither employee knew what came with kids meals. My husband got a coke that was actually Dr pepper. Mylemonade was completely watered down. The chips I got with 1 of my kids meals was completely stale. Extremely dissatisfied withthis place, will not be returning to this subway location. Read more

I had a decent experience here several times, but if you're advertising that you're open until 9pm and your closed at 8:35 pm,... that's tacky! I drove out of my way to eat here: that time and fuel was wasted! Read more

Had some difficulty getting my food prepared as there was a language barrier issue between myself and both employees. Eventually... the food was prepared correctly and it was very good Read more

For all I know, this store serves the best sandwiches in Michigan. Sadly, I never found out. My concepts of "order confirmed"... and "hours of operation" are too outdated to enjoy this Subway. It seems "Open at 10am" and "Ready by 11am" secretly translateinto "Door locked at 11am" and "Ready never." Read more

Not bad except the food was a little old. The lady was super nice and was very welcoming. Would definitely go back and eat there... again just hope that they throw out there older food more often. Was fast service though, and was in and out quickly. Wish theyhad a drive thru would have been a little easier but that's okay. Read more

There are always only two people working during lunch hour, the busiest time of day. Today I was in there for a half hour... waiting for my food. There were eight people in front of me and the two girls working looked like they couldn?t care less andwere moving slower than dirt, barely making eye contact, and mumbling. The one girl seemed more concerned with making more breadthan getting people through the line. I also noticed that the cookie trays were completely empty. I?ve never had this bad of anexperience and probably won?t be going back. Read more

I entered the store a 12:50pm and was the 5th person in line. There were 2 employees in the store. Apparently the shift before... hadn't done their "prep". So, one employee was in the back and one was working the entire counter and checkout. All of thepeople in front of me were single sandwich orders. I finally checked out at 1:15pm. I will say that the young lady at thecounter was pleasant and doing what she could with the situation she was stuck in. Read more

I came into this location on Saturday. It was the most peculiar and troubling experience I've had in any Subway. I walked in and... stood at the ordering side for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me or even looked my way. I started to question whether I wasinvisible or even alive. There are three people working, only one making sandwiches. One was slowly meandering back and forthwith full bottles of condiments, another at the register. I thought maybe I did something to offend them, but I haven't been tothis location before, and all I did was walk in and stand there quietly. I'm also not used to only one employee making thesandwiches, so I ask if someone is going to wait on me. The man at the register responded in a rude manner, telling me to bepatient. I said I was just asking considering no one has even looked my way. I was genuinely curious, the store was not busy, and I was the only person standing there. The girl who made my sub was smiley and friendly, which I appreciated, even though itfelt almost strange considering everything else. When I got to the register, the man refuses to accept my money, and looks at meas if I am the scum of the earth. I then say I'd like to pay for the person behind me, and he refuses. I felt like I walked intothe twilight zone, incredibly creepy, and nothing like I have ever experienced before. Read more
