I went into this place because my sick little girl really had to use the bathroom. After looking around this was the closest... place for her to go before having an accident. After she was done the women behind the counter yelled ma?am what can I get you.I told her my little girl just really needed a bathroom. She pointed at a customers only sign and started yelling at me becauseI refused to pay $8 plus dollars for a toilet. The man then came from the back and literally followed me out the door to stareme down. Staff are rude and don't listen to their customers. When asked to correct my order they tried to say well its done already and... did not want to fix it. Very unprofessional people. First and last time going here. Read more
Ordered on 12/9/2021 online and paid with subway giftcard. The subway site showed that the site was open until 9pm. We got... there and they are closed for remodeling. I have a screenshot showing they were open and the response that "your food is readyfor pickup." So I email Subway support and the response says "Sorry to hear you didnt get your food but not sure why thiswould happen. the store has been remodeled for sometime. In reference to the review right before this one: them putting it in the paper bag was because it was a melt. They put... everything on it, close the sandwich, and toast it in a paper bag. My little sister got a ham and cheese melt at the one in themall and they left it in the paper bag there, too. This is honestly one of the cleanest Subways in town every time I've everbeen in there (many, many times). Their meats and veggies are bar the freshest of any subway within a 20 mile radius and theirtoaster oven ALWAYS works!! Read more
Went in to pick up a door dash order and once the guy was done looking at the receipt it fell into the salami thing & he just... left it there! Then he put the subs in a paper bag and warmed them up in the bag and just handed it to me without wrapping themup in their proper wrapping. This was just completely unacceptable & there was no other customers in the store so there wasabsolutely no reasoning for him to be this lazy and careless! Read more
