I ordered ONE Chili Cheese burrito WITH Sour cream and some how the lady heard "No beans"... I tried to correct her but who... knows what happened. I also ordered a Baja Blast with no ice...but never received that. She apparently didn't know what aMexican Pizza was because she made us pull up to the next window to talk to someone else. Of course my boyfriend and everyoneelse talks over me so I can't even get two words in. I got two who know what burritos and no drink. They also didn't give us areceipt ... what a coincidence. These are the people who ask for more money an hour but can't do their job of taking orders.Cute. Read more

I love the Taco Bell downtown on westnedge. The staff is always friendly they're good about ringing up your order correctly and... making sure everything's in the bag. They know how to make their customers smile whether you're there picking up a doordashorder for somebody or you're there or drink for your own family they always do a great job. Read more

Rude staff. Went through the drive through and the girl taking our order seemed way to distracted, didn't ask if we wanted... anything else and seemed so annoyed that we were there. As we pulled up to grab our food my boyfriend said "thank you, thankyou", to which she replied "SIR?!" Assuming he called her sir. 3/26/22 ? 3/27/22 - Showed up just about an hour before close at midnight on the 26th. 3rd car in line. The line did not move.... Not a single car was served for the hour I witnessed. The employees literally did not do their job. Seeing the line form withinan hour of closing time, they literally chose to not serve food and just left every person to sit in line. I counted, and itamounted to 8 cars. That?s 8 paying customers, now dissatisfied non-patrons who were left to waste an hour of their life whilethe employees let them sit there, knowing full well that they had no intention to serve any of them. Had they simply turned offthe lights and closed early, I wouldn?t be writing this review. Instead, the employees scored an extra hour of pay while plainlyrefusing to do their jobs, meanwhile I sat trapped in an unmoving line until they finally closed. Exasperated, I sent my friendto go and look through the windows see what was going on inside, he reported back that they were doing nothing but talking andstanding around, ostensibly killing time. These employees literally want to make money for not doing their job. They show up towork with a singular goal to do shamelessly do as little as possible and collect a full paycheck as if they had performed a fullday of work. From an internal business standpoint, and from the perspective of a world-be patron, this is just plaininexcusable. Money that should have been earned, business that should have been conducted, but was instead shirked. Anopportunity to conduct good business at a busy time resulted in (at least) 8 disgruntled customers due to the sheer laziness ofthe employees. There is no excuse. Management needs to take action, or new management is needed all together. Just paltry. Poorbusiness. I will not attempt to patronize this Taco Bell again it?s all too obvious that the staff could not care less aboutpaying customers. Read more
