Easily the worst Taco Bell you will ever go to. The store is randomly and frequently locked which forces people to use the drive... thru. You will easily wait 30-45 or more minutes in the drive thru and often receive cold and/or stale food. Don?t waist yourtime. This location needs serious improvement with staffing and management! Whoever... the young woman that was working at 11 AM taking orders at the drive-through on Tuesday, August 17, you are doing a wonderfuljob and doing it with a great attitude. I'd give it a zero if I could. Was doordashing the other day and was told to pull forward. Ended up waiting for 45 minutes for... the order along with 4 others who drove off without their food they paid for. Awful awful service. I've worked taco bell beforeand I've never seen something so terrible. Saw employees running around in the lobby during this as well. Just terrible. Nevergoing here ever again. Read more
Best food I've had from there in ages! We didn't have to wait long for service, and our order came out quickly. The staff was... very kind and friendly. It was obvious that care had been taken to make the food tasty, (instead of just quickly tossedtogether). Keep it up Taco Bell and we'll run for the border a little more often!! ???????? Read more
That was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We had to wait an hour just to get our food. There were... workers just standing around doing nothing. I thought maybe our food would at least be fresh. Nope. My chalupa was hard and thenthey also forgot our desert. I have now read a lot of the reviews for this Taco Bell and it seems everyone has had a badexperience there. They clearly need to do something to fix the issues or close the place down. this location is almost 100% of the time not open when they?re supposed to be. they close by the time you arrive to pick up your... order; or they ?close? the store on doordash before you receive the food you ordered. all-around a poorly managed location; withstaff that is getting paid too little to care about your order. this location is the poster child for why minimum wage workersdeserve more. Absolute worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. Currently going on 30 minutes waiting for an order when only one person was in front... of me. Drive thru was out to the road and every single person in line when I came in has gone through. The food better begood.
