Love this place had been going there to eat since opening in 94. Food is fantastic.
THE BEST TACO PLACE IN TOWN!! I just love the flavor of their ground beef???? oh man?and the HOUSE SALSA?!?!????? Sooooooo... delicious!!!!!!! We buy their salsa when we make tacos at home too???????????? We usually get ?loaded tacos? with ground beef,sour cream and cheese and we get house salsa & mild sauce to add on top of our tacos!!?????? I've been dining at The Big burrito for almost 20 years. It is truly a staple of the Kalamazoo experience in my eyes. I don't... believe I have ever had anything except brilliantly badass burritos from this place. The first bite is the kind of crispy juicysensation one would lose their mind over. DO NOT EAT HERE. DO NOT EAT AT BIG BURRITO OR COTTAGE INN WENT HERE 3 TIMES IN A ROW. FINE. MOST RECENTLY THEY GAVE ME A BURRITO... WAY SMALLER AND WHEN I ASKED THEM TO REMAKE IT THEY PUT THE SAME FOOD IN FROM THE OLD BURRITO INSIDE THE NEW ONE AND MADE MEWAIT FOR IT. I DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE RUDE. COTTAGE INN WORKING IN THE KITCHEN AS WELL. ITS DISGUSTING. BOTH RESTAURANTSNEED TO BE CLOSED. THEIR RUDE. MANAGER ARGUED INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. FOOD WAS REUSED. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I ordered the steak Mexican Tacos. It was now very good. The onions were old and... steak... ew the steak was horrible. It looked like seaseme sticks it tasted horrible. And that taste stays with you all day.Yuck! Read more
This is a nice place for a quick grab for tacos, burritos and chips/queso. Service is quick and efficient. The atmosphere isn't... too bad inside but outside is a bit dodgy. Read more
