This place is fantastic, and they make amazing smoothies. I love the peanut butter cup smoothie, and the others look amazing.... The price is a tad high but for the price you get quite a lot. Definitely a new go to spot when I?m in the area. Read more

I ordered 2 smoothies and they reblended them a good 5x before they handed them over to me. I got home and they tasted so... watered down and had absolutely no flavor. Extremely dissapointed, and it's the second time this happened. I've loved tropicalsmoothie on milham for years, but this location doesn't meet the same standards. Always good to go here! Never have any major issues. Staff is always friendly and I usually don't wait too long for anything.... Occasionally I do delivery orders through here as well. Only problems is sometimes it takes a while for someone to acknowledge.Other times it's great! Read more
My roommate went in and ordered the Baja bowl without cheese because he is severely allergic to dairy and could go into... anaphylactic shock if he eats it. They made it with cheese so he asked to have it remade because he can not have it. He got homeand went to take a bite only to notice they made it again but this time with the cheese on the bottom. We ordered Grubhub delivery from this place and the smoothies were fantastic! We tried the Detox Island Green Smoothie, the Chia... Banana Boost with Peanut Butter, and the Sunrise Sunset Smoothie. So many fresh flavors! Even though we got them delivered, thesmoothies held up great because they are so thick to start with. I would highly recommend this place! Read more
Seems like I pay for the extra thrown away, why not show Customer Appreciation with a larger glass vs. literally throwing away... product. I have contacted Corporate 6 months ago with no reply or resolution which indicates profit not value driven,unconcerned about customer input etc. Read more
