Good food and service, register layout is poor as it's in rear of store in a narrow isleway so heavy flow traffic is slowed and... semi awkward going back to front entry to get food. Read more

This review is strictly regarding customer service. This was my first time at Tropical Smoothie. I was not greeted upon entry,... however people were all working. Someone walked past me to the front because I wasn't even sure where to stand or order. Ididn't think too much of it at the moment since people were working, yet surprised that the crew wasn't more inviting. The younglady cooking the food was a great representation for the company. I did pay extra for the sweet potato chips, they looked sogood! Unfortunately they never made it back in the bag. I'm willing to give it another chance but I would be sure to doublecheck your order before leaving. Food was good! Read more
