This review is strictly regarding customer service. This was my first time at Tropical Smoothie. I was not greeted upon entry,... however people were all working. Someone walked past me to the front because I wasn't even sure where to stand or order. Ididn't think too much of it at the moment since people were working, yet surprised that the crew wasn't more inviting. The younglady cooking the food was a great representation for the company. I did pay extra for the sweet potato chips, they looked sogood! Unfortunately they never made it back in the bag. I'm willing to give it another chance but I would be sure to doublecheck your order before leaving. Food was good! Read more

I?m pretty sure these people here are faking good reviews. I?ve stopped by at this place as delivery driver to pick up food and... this time for the first time as a customer, and the level of rudeness of these young chicks working here is extraordinary.Especially today this blonde lady just stared at us from the moment we entered into the building without even saying a simple hieven at this early hour of such a nice summer morning. I literally just left this place like five minutes ago. The prices are reasonable, and it was very clean. Workers were very... nice, something that doesn't happen very often these days. I got the Bahama Mama smoothie. It's so good! It's got strawberries,white chocolate and a couple other items in it. I havent tried the food yet, but it sure sounds good!
