Went to have dinner there and ordered a steak among other meals. The kids meals came first which was great but when the steak... came it was cold. The server took it back and had them recook it but by the time we even got it the kids had already eaten andwhen we asked for the check is when the steak came. The second time the steak came out it was warm but very rare. Verydisappointed. Read more
Understaffed (who isn't). We sat at the bar. Bartender / Waitress was very spacey, forgetting parts of several people's order.... Glad I had cash because she never seemed to notice the card I laid on the counter for payment. Our food was timely, hot, andgood, but portions have gotten a little small. Read more
Food was good when it arrived 20 minutes after placing our order. Drinks took 10 minutes.What was worse was there with the... restaurant 60 % empty, we agreed others had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. No explanation. Management needs to focus onteaching staff how to run a restaurant. I've never had this kind of experience at any other Applebee's in my travels. Read more
Had a delicious meal shared with my sister-in-law. Appy of the soft pretzels and beer cheese dip was amazing. Pretzels were so... soft and delicious! Definitely would have that again. And the prime rib beef dip was incredible! Another winner! Server wasfantastic and we really enjoyed our first ever visit to Applebee's! Read more
Went for supper, they let us know right away that they were busy and understaffed, and informed us there would be a 20-30 min... wait for a table. Dustin was very kind and polite and checked back with us every 5-10 min to give us an update, greatlyappreciated that! Our server Kristin was great, took out order right away, and the drinks, appetizers and dinner arrived quickand it was delicious! Thank you for the great service and delicious food! Five stars!! Terrible service. Sat for close to 30mins without anyone coming by to take a drink order.. The place was dead maybe 8 people in... the place at 830pm. I Had riblets and mozz sticks that sat under a heat lamp for an hour plus. Absolutely disgusting. All youcould here was the staff bickering and arguing amongst them selfs in the back.
