We stopped in here on a whim for a quick lunch before leaving from our vacation. What a gem we found! First, the staff was... fantastic. Obviously long-time employees who enjoy their job and are on good terms with the owner. Then, the food! Homemadesoup options that are delicious! I had one of the best burgers I've ever had. But the real secret is their fries. We have NEVER had any this good. No joke. Not sure of the secret but don't substitute! The decor is upscale and beautiful andwell-maintained. It took just under an hour from ordering to get served sandwiches at 7:15 on a Thursday night. When we got them they weren't... hot, fresh or good. Probably because we were initially served the wrong food and when she returned it to the kitchen we gotour food that had been sitting around unclaimed. Atmosphere and beer is great. It's another classic story of understaffed - onewaitress, one bartender and two kitchen staff . I'd wait awhile before eating here. Read more
The pretzel dipping sticks were really yummy with a strong mustard sauce but it?ll start to get overkill. The huckleberry... lemonade was super sweet and I loved it. The pub steak was cooked to medium rare but it seemed more like rare and we needed toadd a lot of salt and I would of rather had wings but they didn?t have any. Read more
Great people, great food, heavy Montana pours. Tip heavy they deserve it. Bacon wrapped meatloaf and Shepards pie both 10/10
Came here because of the reviews . I ordered the fish and planks. The fish came out cold and raw. I had to ask for... silverware. When I told the waitress about the food, she said "what do you want me to do". She said I'll just pay for it. Isaid that's okay but what about the fish. She said oh, you want that too? Uh. Yeah, I would like to eat! I would NOTrecommend this place. Horrible service! The waitress made me feel like I was putting her out. The coleslaw and fries weretasty.. I felt a bit like I was inconveniencing the staff because they were so busy! Food was great and service was good for only having... two waiters. But the food is hard to enjoy when you feel like you should be helping out. Read more
Never been before but really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. The pasties with signature brown gravy were excellent and very... affordable. We also had the clam chowder which was different then we are used to but was full of tender plump clams. I woulddefinitely eat here again. Read more
