Stay clear! Went in to go to dinner this evening, turned us away due to having 12 in our party. We were going to split the party... into 2 groups, 6 each, and still wouldn?t serve us. Since it was Veterans Day, I wanted to take my family and friends here. Ihave never heard of turning business away, that?s just bad business, especially on Veterans Day. I definitely won?t be back! All I can say is don't order on the app. Pickup time of 1:50. Actual pickup time... 2:33. Don't do it. Front counter ladies... doing the best they could though. Edit to 1 star. Half of sauces missing in a $100 order. Never again. Second edit. Back to 2star. Wings weren't bad. Staff is good. Missed sauces (no blue cheese????). So congrats to staff, but website over promises andunder delivers. Biggest problems are probably corporate and failed website. Still, never again. Read more

Things have gone downhill so bad since Covid, but you would think working with a high corporation franchise like Buffalo Wild... Wings, it wouldn't be that bad. Made the mistake of ordering wings.....have loved them for years! But I always get the bone inkind verses the boneless they offer now. I don't mind the mess, it's the whole genre of eating wings! But I got the boneless byaccident and was nice enough to accept them anyway.....my bad there. The breading is so thick, and so salty, it makes anyseasoning you add whether basic hot or BBQ or Caribbean Jerk have an extra ounce of saltiness to it. It was very hard to stomach.....actually it was my pallet that was offended. Same goes for their cauliflower....which was completely new to me, andsounded good on the menu.....but again I was left utterly turned off by all the breading that overcomes the taste of the chickenand the seasonings. Does the chicken come pre-breaded? Is it not freshly done with each order? I want to make excuses whyeverything tastes so bad because the one taking the orders was friendly and hospitable. Read more

Love to sit down and eat here. Great food, the chicken sandwiches are the best and so is the Mango Habanero wings. Unfortunately... for whatever reason, cannot order the Nashville hot chicken sandwich (my go to favorite) online anymore (says item unavailableat this location) and didn't get much help over the phone about this, so unfortunately went elsewhere for food tonight. Outstanding first experience. My parents had a gift card they were wanting to spend. We were lucky enough, when requesting a... booth, to end up in Tatum's section. She was a delight and shared knowledge with us about the menu that helped us make wisedecisions. She also was extremely attentive and checked in on us at the perfect moments. She was busy and we never noticedbecause she paid out table special care as she did each of her other tables, she was on it. We will be back. The food was wellprepared and delicious. been here for an hour and my server has been pretty MIA. there were more than 3 tables that sat after my sisters and the server... talked to them before we were spoken to. We had 3 pretty simple orders, just wings and fries and the tables around us got theirfood while we sit here waiting over an hour for our food. this is ridiculous that we have to wait this long in a restaurantthat?s not even completely full. and the server doesn?t seem to be in any kind of rush to get our food done but everyone else?she rushes out with. i am so bummed out because i was looking for eating some good wings after such a long day. i am giving a onestar because the bathrooms were clean :) Read more

We were sat immediately, it took our waitress 8 minutes to greet us and ask for a drink order. We didn?t waste time ordering... when she showed up we were afraid we wouldn?t get her back. It took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. The burgers were allburnt to a crisp and the wings were the wrong order. Our waitress took care of us with the wings. We didn?t even bring up theburnt burgers. Not her fault. We were done, the manager needs to take care of the cooking situation fast. We have never beenserved worse food here and we are regulars. There is a lack of communication between the hostess and the server, she had no ideawe were there I don?t blame her. Also she was dealing with angry customers over their food wait and miss orders already.Management and cooks failed today. The place was half empty. No excuses. Read more

Super dirty. We were there for 45 minutes and it was slow, our server was up at the host stand 5 times and never once cleaned a... table or swept anything. We were sat at this table already like this. Table not even wiped down. I understand everyone ishurting for employees but this is awful. Luckily I?m vaccinated and not worried about being sick but to not even wipe yourtables down?!? Absolutely disgusting Read more
