The staff were super nice and the food was good. The bathrooms could use a tiny bit of extra TLC, but that is how most places... often are. Was happy they were open on Labor Day until 3pm and that the staff were so wonderful. Read more

At Chipotle today, I saw three workers present and all were injured. These poor workers were supposed to be on medical leave and... yet were there because ?no one else wanted to work.? The very nice woman making the burritos was visibly limping from a tear inher ACL. The older woman behind the register was in a wheeled chair, and has a surgical operation upcoming, so standing up wasnot an option for her. And the cook had a knee injury which needs attention before it gets worse, but she has to work instead oftreating the injury. And this was the entire staff present on location. If this were a farce it would make for scathingtheatrical commentary, but these are peoples? lives and they?re being pushed too far for probably not enough compensation. Atthe management levels, Chipotle needs to pay attention to the people that keep their business alive and incentivize their staffto come into work. Since this location?s opening, my feeling has been that this staff suffers from negligent management and poorworking conditions. Well it?s obvious now that my feeling was a reality. It?s not enough to drive home with an easy burrito. Inthe Flathead Valley, where community is supposed to be important, a business should offer more than just a service for thecustomer. These workers are apart of our community too. They too need to be taken better care of. Read more

I was just pulling up Chipotle on the map for direction when I noticed all the negative comments. I'm sure the negative comments... happened for a reason and it's good for restaurants to get feedbacks (especially negative ones), but I just want to add my ownexperiences that out of the three orders I've placed here since the restaurant opened, our orders always turned out accurate andwonderful. I have high hope that maybe after all the negative comments the staff and the restaurant has improved. I'd say don'tlet all the negative comments scare you away, and maybe give it a try if you're on the fence. :) Read more

It's Chipotle! Always a great option for lunch. Unfortunately they were out of some options for my burrito, but it ultimately... didn't disrupt my experience. I really wanted a fountain drink with my meal, but it seems they were out of all fountain drinks.Good think they had drinks in bottles. Expect a long line at lunch, but (again) it's Chipotle! It's worth the wait! Read more

I?ll lead with something good? staff are friendly and food is predictable Chipotle. Glad to have the option here. But? I?ve... never been to a slower chipotle in my life. Understaffed and all the staff seems to be stuck in 1st gear, moping around. Isn?tthis fast food? Manager needs to lead team with a better focus. Food is good, but who was time when it takes >10 mins percustomer to build burritos?!? Literally watched several groups walk out the door after standing in line? ain?t nobody got timefor that. When they first opened, everything was over seasoned, but as time went on the workers seem to have gotten into a rhythm where... everything is seasoned just right. They're pretty quick as far as wait times go compared to other Chipotle's, but that couldalso be because Chipotle isn't very well known here in Montana yet. The only complaint I have is that they often run out ofingredients, even big things like chicken, and I don't know if that's because of shortages or lack of ordering by management. Itmakes it difficult for people with dietary restrictions to rely on them for service. Read more

For starters, they are usually way understaffed. But still managed to keep the line moving and a steady flow of traffic. The... manager, and all the employees really, customer service skills. The restaurant itself being as it is new, is very tidy.Unfortunately I don't know that there is a working drive-thru at the moment but you can order online for pickup without hassle. The food is exactly how you would expect it to be; Good tasting, big portions, and a decent amount of selections. My only issuewith this established is the higher than average cost. Highly recommend you try it, makes Qdoba look like the red headed stepchild and gives Costa Vida a run for their money. Read more

The front of house staff were nice and they were trying hard. It was obvious they are struggling and busy with their first week... being open. We got double charged for guac, I got a refund for the extra guac, it's fine mistakes happen. Which brings me to thefood... THE SERVING SIZE WAS TINY. IT WAS MEASLY, HARDLY A SNACK. Dang it was a disappointment. Read more
