I wish I could give this place minus ratings..I orderd a brisket sandwich and sausage meal.. but the guy behing the counter... chopping up my sanwitch meat put his hand to his mouth alot!! It looked like he was eating my food.. WTF°!!! He chopped some.then he ate some... He Saw me look at him while he was doing this and he continued shoveing my sandwich meat into his mouthand he Ignored Me!!! Gross. I walked out!!! Read more

Purchased a "family" platter that came out to $92. Waited the normal 40 minutes before we picked it up and it only went down... hill from there. The ribs we ordered were burnt and was told to wait another 60 minutes (we have a 6 and 2 year old) sonaturally we asked for a refund. The lady was hesitant and told us they don't do that and nobdoy knows how and continued to makeexcuses about her manager being busy and unable to help us. We left our number and she said the manager would call the next day.No call next day so we called just to hear more excuses. The food we did recieve was overcooked to straw (pork and beef brisket)and the employee almost forgot the buns. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had and complete lack of customer service andfood quality. 0/10 would recommend they will take your money and make excuses. Read more

Twice in 12 days so 120 bucks in 12 days and they can't make sure the order is correct. The meat this time was really good its... just ridiculous that they can't make the order going out correct...! The general manager told me I was being ridicules because Iasked why they couldn't check to make sure the order is correct before it go's out. The little graph said they had less then 6people . One of my Bosses ordered the July 4th Independence Day catering bundle for me and my coworkers I didn?t get a chance to try... everything in the bundle but from what I did get to try both the brisket and the rolls they were perfect. Today they were out of many core items, poor guy (supervisor) spent so much time explaining all the products that they were out... of. They were out of brisket, sausage, coleslaw, fries, sweet tea, pulled pork and more. The supervisor looked defeated, theyoung lady who is new was energetic and attentive. The price was $18.45 for this plate of food, not sure I see the value for amostly empty plate of mediocre food, more importantly it?s not what I wanted. Staff was friendly but extremely slow. Took us atleast 30 minutes to get put food ordered and there were 3 people in front of... us.. I ordered a brisket which was over cooked and cold, baked potato, and when I went to eat it it is old, rock hard andthere's hardly any fixings on it. Usually dickeys is good. Won't be going agian.
