Lobby is temporarily closed. Didn't answer the phone when called. You have to wait up to an hour past opening if you try to... order online. Not worth the wait really. Would recommend going else where. Read more

Sometimes they are short staffed and when it's busy that's not a good combination. We eat here regular and overall it is very... good most all the time. I have experienced a call and order not being answered but I'm mostly place orders online now and earnthose points for free pizza! Read more

The lady who helped me take my order was so nice. you can tell they are swamped with being understaffed but was so nice and... kind. i was being a pain with paying because i only had a 100$ bill but she was amazing. she deserves a raise! Read more

We ordered our food at 6:12pm and the email said it would be a 68-78 minute wait. We didn?t get our food until 8:18pm. Over two... hours later. I noticed that the domino?s tracker said the quality check after baking was at 6:42pm so our food sat there forthat long. I decided to call the store to cancel our order but couldn?t reach anyone until almost 8pm. That?s when I finallytalked to a young woman who was polite and apologetic and explained that the food was headed out the door. I decided to chanceit anyways because she assured me the quality of the food wouldn?t be effected and we had CHILDREN waiting for food. Our pizzacrust was hard and the bottom looked different like they did it wrong. The pizza was cold, the cheese dip was hard and crustedto the bottom of the tin pan, the twists were okay warm and tasty, the stuffed cheese sticks were hot and tasty and the bbqchicken was kind of okay too. Mostly the pizza was sub-par and the issue with the cheese. So we dealt with it and ate itanyways. We can tell you guys are trying your best despite your circumstances but there?s gotta be more communication betweenthe customer and the restaurant. If I would have known it would have taken over 2 hours when I checked out, I wouldn?t haveordered, the restaurant wouldn?t have had an extra order that they can?t keep up with and I would still be a happy customer. Idid get an email apology and got to choose either 20% off next order or 60 pie rewards which equals a free pizza. I choose thelatter and this is the only reason why I will try again but if this happens again, I will find another pizza joint. Read more
