My first time at this location. It was very clean, the food was displayed in a great appetizing way. The only reason for the... lower rating was for the service speed. Usually, panda is super fast, but the front couple of people were confused anddelaying service. The food was still good, but not as hot as usual because it had been sitting a bit while the cashier tried tosort orders. There was some visible frustration between the cashier and servers. Read more
There was a very long line mostly little kids but it went surprisingly fast I think I was in line less than 10 minutes. Parking... is plentiful it's in a business park the outside and the inside of the business is ultra clean. The bathrooms were very cleaneven during the busy part of the day lunch hour crowd. The customer service was polite and food was good . The restaurant was busy and the communication with staff to customers was... a prime example of what customer service should be. Plus the staff communicated well to keep rhe line flowing and the length oftime was short. Plus the outside tables are great when the weather is nice .wish all tables had umbrellas . Food is great but that place goes through managers and they definitely need a new one no professional skills. And treated us... like we were trying to steal someone else's order it's crazy the racial bias but, hey it is what it is. I'm a customer and aperson remember that!! Normally okay food. Rice has always been under cooked but I just got some chicken and rice for lunch and havnt had anything else... as I ate the rest for dinner too and I woke up at 2am with food poisoning. Absolutely the worst thing. Idk why it?s an issue tomake decent food anymore. Read more
I went to the location in Kalispell, MT. Their place was clean and quick, with nice workers. The food was cheap and really good,... and I can't think of a single fault with the restaurant. Panda Express is everything you could want in a fast food restaurant,and I will definitely be going there more often. Read more
Beijing beef and honey walnut shrimp are a must try. Chow mein is decent, fried rice is not that great. Orange chicken is... everyones favorite but I really think the beijing is better. Egg rolls are good even when reheated. Read more
