First time 7/22/2022 for lunch. White sauce, garlic, spinach & spices just right. Thin crust is standard, (what I like) and NOT... like a dry cracker! I'm a bit of a "foodie" and was very impressed. Had to try this place after seeing all the glowing reviews, and I can say with a fact that the five star reviews are accurate.... Best New York style pizza in the valley hands-down. The Detroit deep dish pizza is amazing, as is this Sicilian, cheese bread,and everything else we tried. Quite possibly the best pizza place in Montana. After eating pizza here at least 15 times, I can say it?s the best in the Flathead Valley. Joe is a 3rd generation pizza maker... and it shows. His deep dish pizza is incredible, with crispy browned cheese at the edge, they tuck cheese between the crust andthe pan???? and a perfect crust that is!! Our go to is the Deep Dish with cup & char pepperoni. Add cup and char to their TripleCheese Bread with Cup & Char added is my go to for an appetizer (or lunch/dinner????). Pictured is the delicious cheese bread!(That crispy crust around the edge is amazing!!) My one tip is to double check your order before you leave. We?ve had a handfulof orders have little slip ups like a topping missing BUT? Joe always makes it right and that?s what counts! This is the best pizza we have ever had! The crust was chewy. The toppings were fresh, the cheese was melty, and the sauce was... perfect! Not only was the food great, the service was remarkable! This place does not disappoint!! If there was more then 5 stars I'd give it and that's saying alot. I've had hundreds of pizzas... in my life time from all over and I'm hard to please. By far the best pizza in Montana and amazing customer service. I got tospeak to the owners a bit and they were very pleasant. We got their Sicilian it was on par! Light and fluffy with a nice crispcrust. Sauce is exactly what I grew up with on the east coast a little bit sweetness with tang. This place nailed it when itcomes to pizza and get an A++ when it comes to service all this during a time when both are a rarity. I'll be back tomorrow andeverytime I'm in town to try their other pizzas. I hope the owners are able to expand as I feel all of the state should enjoythis wonder place!
