We went through the drive through to get a couple of drinks. The guy was kind and got our order almost right. When I told them... that my drink wasn?t made to order, he expressed that the drinks are made a certain way and not to be changed. By my experience,ALL other Starbucks that I have been to has made this drink to order. I got a dragon fruit refresher with lemonade and asked forlight ice. They loaded this cup full of ice. Once I removed the ice, I had less than half of the Venti I ordered. Not tooimpressed with the customer service I received. If the wife didn?t give me ?the look?, I would have made sure they understood myconcerns and the reasoning behind having light ice. Read more
They were out of every breakfast sandwich and the place was so dirty ! The outside tables were so dirty, I?m sure they weren?t... cleaned in days or weeks? Inside, in a corner someone forgot his cardigan and you could see it wasn?t recent laying there : somessy everywhere you looked ! Definitely need to take a hard look on making your business cleaner, tighter and efficient,PLEASE!!! Read more
This was one of my favorite Starbucks, Never ever ever again will I go there so rude I didn?t even want the money back for the... coffee I never received. Keep it with your attitude and lack of customer service. If you don?t want to work stay home. Read more
Brutal! First off, they were out of every breakfast sandwich, 25 minutes to get to the window, and they messed up our order,... once we got our coffees, we asked where our chocolate croissant was, they spent 2 more minutes looking and finally came back andsaid they were out. Definitely need to need to take a hard look on making your business more efficient! Read more
Holy cinnamon batman! Not sure who trained these baristas but he or she added so much cinnamon to my drink it was undrinkable. ... It tasted chalky with how much they added. And whoever was taking orders must have been having a terrible day because theattitude and snark was drippppping. Read more

I like this starbucks. The atmosphere is pretty positive and they are hardly ever busy. The employees here are always friendly... and professional. They always do a great job when they make my hot chocolate. Read more
