As soon as we walked in there was an employee putting a customer through with her meal and a young gentleman came from the back... washed his hands and was very efficient in asking what I wanted, explaining the new sandwiches and which one was close to what Iwanted and made sure that I was good with everything that he was putting on my sandwich. My husband and I had just came fromanother sub shop that was out of the 2 sandwiches that I had picked from & sent us to this subway, guess I should have thankedher for sending me somewhere where they were interested in what their customers wanted. The young man and woman working today were doing their best and I could just feel their exhaustion and frustration. I wanted so... badly to give them a hug. I can tell that between the Doordarshan orders and people coming in, it can be khoatic at times...Then when your in that mindset and to hear the ring of the doorbell it would be enough to set me over the edge if I workedthere! So this is josh I was an employee there. This issues needs to be address or I'll be sueing ur company for wrongful termination... and discrimination Lara, Elizabeth, and Marissa there rude and mean people no training was shown to me. They disrespected me infront of costumer bye yelling at me and telling I was doing it wrong even tho I wasn't shown the correct way I didn't even knowhow. The subway on idaho in kalispell has gone threw at least 8 employees in the last month. There will be a law suit if nothingis done or address to the people. My wife and I have ate at or from this subway location 4 times the last 6 months and the customer service we received every time... was outstanding and the food quality here is very good. It is fresh, colorful and full of flavor. This subway location is a verygood place to get a sub sandwich! Read more

Red haired gal that works in there was very rude to me and my family, I told her 3 times we wanted green peppers on my daughters... sandwich and lettuce and cucumber and she just stared as us like we were stupid.
