I had placed a mobile order for the breakfast bell box with their new iced coffee. I pull up to the speaker only to be told they... don?t have coffee so I order a soda instead. I get my food after 10 minutes of waiting and head home but when I get home I haveonly 2 delights instead of 4, my hash brown was stale and there was no steak in my Crunchwrap. This is one the worse Taco Bell experience for me. We ordered vegetarian food and we ended up getting non-vegetarian food. On... top of that, they ran out of some food. Second day, we went there at 10 PM, they closed down their drive through because theyran out of food. Drive way is supposed to be open till 2 AM. Absolutely poor planning and service and quality. We just ordered 4 crunchy taco supremes, I tried to call the store to let them know that none of the tacos had tomatoes in them,... however, no one answers the phone. The store is either out of tomatoes, or the person that makes the crunchy taco supremedoesn?t realize that they have tomatoes in them. Definitely better training needed. Read more

Food is ok mostly accurate the only real downside is the speed of service. Sitting in line sucks when you are only about 5 or 6... cars back. I'm sure it's just a lack of employees but it is a bit slow. Food tastes like it should and is usually fresh andhot. Read more
