Waited in line to order at counter. Orders of french fries were laying on trays for 10 minutes waiting for sandwiches to be... made. There was no way I was going to eat food that was handled by someone who was wiping her nose with her hands. Left without placing an order. Read more
Decent waiting time for your food, friendly staff, but a little unclean with tables, doors, fountain drink area, and garbage, as... well as they had messed up on two (sandwiches) with our families meals. Traffic is extremely tight, so please watch for others,including reversing out of the parking lot as it is congested. *Should plan a better drive through for incoming & outgoingtraffic. Read more
Lady in the window messed up our order big time. So card and explained that the sweet tea was not sweet, the root beer takes... funny, we didn't get napkins or bar b que sauce and my spicy chicken sandwich wasn't well done , like I asked 2 times for it tobe.... seems horrible right? But the guy on the phone was sincerely apologetic and replaced the whole order. When all I reallywanted when I called was my spicy chicken sandwich replaced because I'm so used to it being a hassle calling McDonald's????????????. I was grateful because dinner was saved and the kid was happy he got 10 more nuggets.. and this time withsauce!. Thanks Wendy manager dude! His kindness turned what would have been a 1 star review into a 5 star review. Granted noplace is perfect, but it's how they handled the situation that won me over. Read more
Great place to buy fast food ???? to satisfy your hunger and quench your thirst. Great customer service, very neat sitting area... and friendly and courteous staff. Their price is very affordable compared to Wendy's in Canada ???????? and they've got lots ofparking space. Read more
Wendy's is always consistent and timely with there food, what you expect of course. Drive through was good and employee at... window was great. Well this time the line was slow, we did not get a receipt or spoons for our frosties. Had to go in to getthem with no apologies to boot. Going to one on reserve and 93 next time. Read more
Tried again. Ordered a taco salad and they didnt give me chili. He insisted he put it on the side but all I got was salsa, no... chili. Verified on line that it still supposed to have chili. Went back to counter, he insisted he put it in a little cup onside but it was never put on my tray. I won't order another one. Update still only a 1. They forgot both a pop order andchocolate frosty. Chili was very cold. No one looks happy working here. I have trusted them for gluten free fries. A few yearsago I was told chicken wasn't cooked with fries like they are now. Used to have an allergen poster that showed fries wheat freebut now web says their fries are contaminated. Don't expect to be back to this location. Photo of plain salad sold as tacosalad. Previous reviews were always 5 but not today. Tables are dirty. In the past they were always fast with cleaning tables.Now with covid, haven't seen them clean one since we got here. Cards are left from one customer to another saying table has beensanitized. Not! First they forgot my frostys then I had to back to ask for the fried they forgot. Didn't give cup for water.Good thing I didn't take my order and go. Hanburger had two top buns. Feel bad for who ever got two bottoms. Read more
My preferred place to go. When there is a long line I just go inside and it's pretty quick. Burgers are made very well and... really good. Chilli is good on a cold day. Definitely my first fast food choice around here. Read more
