Always amazing food at Arby's. Chicken Sandwich is the go to for us everytime. Unlike my previous Arby's location I visited,... this one actually tastes good and fresh. Definitely one of the preferred goto place for a drive thru when travelling. Read more
Fast and accurate. The hush puppy fish strips were disgusting. They look nothing like the TV ad and reminded me of Dino Nuggets... as far as how puffed out they were. You couldn't even taste the breading as it was so thin. Read more
They have a sign at the drive thru asking for cash tips. And during my transaction I did not received a receipt, I was not... asked If I wanted Arby's or horsey sauce, I did not get a utensil to eat my Mac n cheese with and I did not even get a smile orthank you. Not sure why they feel entitled to a cash tip. Frustrating. Read more
Our food looked like it was pulled out of the bottom of their garbage can. If you're going to have people sit in the drive thru... line for a half hour at least justify it with food that doesn't scream food poisoning. Take that crude cringe worthy signasking for tips down, it's embarrassing. Read more
Line medium, wait no problem for fresh food. However, at the window, after paying, the person working the window was very... disrespected by who ever was "running the show". Actually yelled at said employee saying "I told you to pull them forward, youneed to listen!" That was completely uncool! Kudos to the kid at the window for keeping his cool! Read more
I visited the Kalkaska Arby's about a week ago. I'm a very picky eater when it comes to fast food. I like mine made fresh... whenever I visit one. Because I can't stand old, cold food, especially fries, and I never mind waiting for it to be made.Usually I get an attitude because I ask for my chicken and fries made fresh. That was not the case with Casandra. She was verykind and happy to accommodate me. We had a pleasant conversation. Please tell her again thank you for me. I will definitely beback because of her. I normally like Arby's but this was a different experience. It was late nobody was in the fast food line or inside and we... ordered the new Diablo stuff the roast beef and chicken. The people making the food rushed it and added so much sauce to adisgusting and very messy point it soaked the mini box I couldn't even pick the food up I also had to met people it REALLYruined my evening ????.
