Been a customer at this business for over 20 years don't know what happened over the last few years other than covid but that's... getting pretty old for an excuse they no longer will answer the phones half the time and the people that work there are justrude and disrespectful. They've had a drive through window up for 2 years now but for some reason refuse to open it I've been inthat place before or it's extremely busy with three people working and able to get your food quickly lately there's been six orseven people working there and you're waiting twice as long to get anything plus once again they will not answer the phones halfthe time or more I will never order pizza from there again I will never buy another pizza from there ever again they lost alifetime customer and I don't think their manager or the owner cares less Read more

I ordered the Call of Duty combo that was supposed to include a bottle of Mountain Dew. I asked the girl "does this come with a... bottle of pop?" and she said no. I go home that night and watch the commercial for the Call of Duty pizza, where they wereadvertising it being sold with a Mountain Dew. Read more

Don't get the fanceroni pepperoni the crust wasn't caramelized and crispy, and there wasn't over a 100 pepperoni I counted 7 of... the eight slices and was only at sixty some pieces of pepperoni. They were just thrown on with 4 slices scattered with a fewpieces. They are horrible at making any pizza that is baked or looks anything close to what you see in the commercials. I triedcalling back 7 times and no one would answer the phone to get it replaced. It was so under cooked the crust was so limp that weonly ended up eating the thin crust pepperoni and threw out the fanceroni pepperoni. Won't be eating there ever again. Read more

Pizza is slightly undercooked. Add a minute or two to your conveyor cook times. I used to work at Pizza Hut, I know what I'm... telling you. Also I think it's kinda sad/lazy they still have their tables pushed up into the corner. COVID restrictions aregone, none of your staff wears masks. The tables need to come back. Stop being lazy. If the cook times get corrected and thetables come back I'll give it a 4 stars. Read more

I've been to dozens of Little Caesar's locations and this was by far the worst pizza I've had. I ordered a Lunch Combo and it... was really greasy. The carton was soaked in it and I'm glad I had some napkins in the glove box. The pizza crust was soggy fromso much grease. I ended up throwing half of it in the garbage. And they never bothered to give me my receipt. Won't be goingback to the Kalkaska location. Read more
