Driven by many times, but finally stopped. This bar has a good menu (wings & burgers = approved), lots of good beer options,... excellent patio seating, pool tables, and is dog friendly. If you've got the time to stop, it won't disappoint. Can be busy withbikers or sports fans, but rightfully so with such a good spot nestled in a canyon heading into the Uintas Read more

The service is great. Staff are so happy to serve! The bar itself is very cool. But the food was pretty disappointing. The... spinach artichoke do was extremely thin/soupy and very bland. The queso is great! But super tiny portions for what we paid. Read more

The service was good, very nice wait staff. I had a great drink, Kentucky Mule. My fish and chips were good, onion rings a... little doughy, could have used more seasoning. My daughter's fish sandwich wasn't very good, more like an elementary schoolfish sandwich, she sent it back. They were out of the GOAT burger, got charged for it anyway. The patio was hot and had alot of flies. Would rather have gone to Polar King. Food is better there. Read more

We had a snowmobile guide recommend this place as the best bar food in Utah. It was actually pretty good. Place is kinda off... the beaten path, but if you take a snowmobile tour or stay near Park City, it may be worth checking out. Read more

Pretty cool place! GREAT ribs. A bit spendy on the drinks, although understandable. I'll go in every time I'm up that way?

The Notch is one of our favorite places to eat during the motorcycling season. Whether we just do a quick run up to Kamas, or do... the Mirror Lake route to Evanston and back. The food is excellent and the service is top "notch". :-) We've never had a badexperience here and are always looking forward to our next trip. Read more

My spouse and I stopped in here on our way home from a trip to Provo River Falls. The sun was setting and the temperature was... pretty chilly. It was busy and loud, but enjoyable. I noticed that they smoke their own meats, but the chili was calling myname. After a brief discussion with the server I went for the ribs instead of the chili. For my sides I ordered onion rings andpotato chips. My spouse ordered chicken tenders and french fries. The chicken strips were crisp, done, and tasted like they cookknew how to fry with the best of chefs. All of the sides were fantastic. They were crisp, well cooked, and had great flavor. I'mlooking forward to going back and trying some more sides. For the ribs, well, the chef missed class on the day they went overhot smoking. There's a fine line between so tender they fall off the bone (failing a competition) and so tough you can't eatthem off the bone. Actually, no, that's not a fine line. They just plain weren't cooked well enough. I ate one or two ribs froma full rack and took them all home. There was so much meat I couldn't eat off the bone from the two, that I knew I could getmore meat off of them. The next day I threw the ribs and BBQ sauce in a crock pot and let them cook. I didn't want to take timefixing somebody else's poorly cooked food, so the crock pot was used. After six hours in the crock pot I was able to eat therib meat off the bone. I let them cook another hour, removed the bones from the meat, and was able to eat them the next coupleof meals. I did enjoy them, once they were tender enough to cook. I will be going back to try out the chili and some moresides. Read more
