Just had a great smoothie by a very clearly over worked young lady. She was all by herself in the store today with about a dozen... people. She deserves a raise! When staff is showing up to work alone in a busy place like this I sure hope you are paying herdecent for keeping this business going. Hats off to this young lady. She's a keeper. Read more

When you call from outside while waiting in your vehicle no answer. When you walk in they are sitting around doing nothing...... not the first time this has happened. Also they got my order wrong multiple times. Not going back here, will go to Sahali asthey are always perfect and professional. Read more

Ordered online: my order wasn't complete (2 smoothies & chocolate chip pudding). When I asked for it, there was minimal effort. ... She asks, is it OK just to have the chia seeds? (Nothing else.) So, I said no that's ok, can I get a refund for the chia puddingthen? She says no, go online to get refund and turns her back to me. I go online it says to contact the store from which Ipurchased from. I tried to call the store, which I JUST left and no one answered. They weren't busy 2 minutes before. Left amessage, waiting for the call. I won't be going back to this location. Read more

The store owner has gotten back to me very quickly and has been very helpful in resolving the sitiation. Personally I've had a... very very poor experience with this Booster Juice location in particular recently. I'm a high school student and I wasovercharged $20.00 on a order for one regular smoothie. I hadn't noticed anything at first because I paid quickly via debt card.When I went back to the location to speak to the manager two days later I found out that the person that had originallyovercharged me was the manager of the location. While I was speaking to the manager about my experience and that I wasovercharged she was quite frankly rude. The manager didn't recall selling me the drink and proceeded to give me excuse afterexcuse as to why that what had happened could have never had happened. She was basically saying that I must have been lying eventhough she was the one who had sold me the drink. After trying to see if anything could be done and after she was done withgiving me excuses she offered me a two for one coupon as compensation for the $20.00 I was overcharged on my order. Im veryfrustrated with how I was treated at this location and will not being going there again, I'd advise others to do the same. Read more
