Service was kind and patient as we weren't sure we even wanted to stay just wanted to look at the menu. The Monday deal on wings... made us stay and the menu and happy hour menu will bring us back. The only thing was it was a bit cold on the bar side the acseemed to still be on Oct 31st. Read more

Had dinner here recently. An appetizer, a salad and pizza. Service was friendly but a little slow and we weren?t offered refills... on our drinks. Sat in the lounge and it was very cold with AC on high over the window booths. Had to keep jacket on entire time.Despite these nitpickings we enjoyed our meal. Ate there today , had a lot of hungry teens and we looooove Boston pizza ! Ever since we were kids, but today had the worst... Waitress ever! If u hate ur job, stay home or find another one. No smiles a lot of eye rolling slapping our drinks, called me aliar when I said pop was flat , she stood there just watching us hard as we were gonna pay for the bill , no conversation justrushing rudely in silence with the awkward heavy hard exhale breathing lol I didn?t even want to tip, but I felt an obligationto because she was watching me punch in my pin on the debit machine and watching the ?tip? stage Lol lmao omg I wanted to leavea zero dollars but I wasted 19$ for her tip . Bcuz she?s paying for this review and giving my kids bad service. it was supposeto be a relaxing vacation. And our food was burnt but we didn?t mind it , it was still delicious, BUT the service was Sh!t !!!Blonde shoulder length hair with bright red lipstick on . If it weren't for our wonderful server, I'd give this place 1 star. It seemed run down. I haven't seen a BPs this out of date... for many years. Not only was the decor clearly very old and grungy, but the whole place just wasn't clean. Bathrooms say a lotabout a place. The men's bathroom was gross and had the paper towel roll just sitting on the wet counter with swollen and mouldyparticle board around the edges. The women's washroom was a bit better (paper towel holder existed and was in use and thecounter wasn't mouldy). The restaurant was almost empty (2 tables, including us) and yet, somehow, our food took ridiculouslylong (1.5 hours), which was even more frustrating as we were just stopping for a quick lunch on our 6 hour drive home fromvacation. We ordered 3 kids meals and one adult meal. All pastas. Not sure why it took so long. The taste was a little off too.We overheard the other table complain about their pizza crust being so tough they couldn't bite it. They did get a discount.Again, the server was lovely but she couldn't make up for all the other shortcomings of this place. It appears that the ownershave not invested in it. The location is good and the White Spot across the street was packed at the same time of day, so theywould probably do better if they took some pride in cleaning and updating the restaurant. This was a very disappointingexperience for a BPs franchise. I didn't think they could use the BPs name with a place in this condition. Read more
If there was an option to give 0 I would. We have been ordering every week for two years religiously then the last two times the... new woman on the phone refuses to take the order due to our location. It has been the same conversation for the last two yearsand the driver has always been great and more than happy to deliver as we give him an extra tip. Never ordering again. Read more
The service was quick and personable. Great location with very easy and accessible parking. The food was good, very large... portion sizes. Reservation unneeded. Busy times there is a line up. Read more
I really like this Boston Pizza compared to other locations I have been to. The food is consistently good, the service is great... and their Rickard's Red is tasty. I also love that the servers don't ask me if I have plans for the evening as I am paying.BRAVO!! Read more
