Stopped off for a quick meal to break up a road trip back to town. Interior was clean and cutely decorated for autumn/Halloween... which was nice to see. Plexi glass up at cashier/pick up area which is good too. Food came quickly and it?s as good as it getsfor BK fast food. Simple review and rating makes it straight forward for our visit here. Been to this place many times and never an issue but after today?s experience I?ll never be back. Hands down dealt with the most... rude lady I?ve ever dealt with in my life.. not to mention I swear they dunked our burger in deep fryer oil and threw them inthe bag. Too bad this place sucks now. What a beach! I?ve been going to this Burger King for a few years now. Every now and then I get these two lady?s that I?m sure... hate their life and especially their job?s. Must be mom and daughter.They are the most rudest people I?ve ever dealt with. Noemotion. Why would you put anyone like that at drive through or till. Hard to go back, but my kids like the food. I went through the drive thru. Turned off my vehicle and placed my order. No matter what I said the lady taking my order... couldn?t get it right. She heard what she wanted to hear. When I got to the window I asked for a receipt before I paid so Icould confirm it was correct. She gave me it and then left for 5-6 minutes. I proceeded to ask her if there was only ketchup onmy kids 3 kids burgers. She said, ?you may have said that but I didn?t say that? I said it is what I ordered, what I alwaysorder for my kids. (Also the reason I was confirming). She wasn?t willing to fix it, so I told her I was going to drive away.She then called me a b****. Nice customer service Burger King. Went down the road to wendys and had no issues with same order.As per the reviews I see this is nothing new. Read more

How come you guys hired someone who cannot speak an English I spoke to her with English but she hung up the phone even I didn't... finish my word. I am so disappointed you guys. 2022 June I ordered burger from your app but I couldn't get my burgers becauseyou guys were closed. And how come even you guys closed took order from customers? I still have my receipt that I couldn't getmy burger but they charged my money. how come big company do like that? you guys are thieves!!!! please money back or give me aburger! and you should fired her she was very rude to me!!!!!!!!! The lady was very rude, we were just 2... cars, not a long line and the restaurant was close, that means they were not very busy. She said that we have to wait in theparking lot and then after few minutes she came with the order. We ordered meals. She gave us later an fish sandwich, we didn'torder it and the order 13 never came. So I drive again to the window, I explained her and she start to said that is not herfault, se had a very bad attitude and we pay more than we order because she confuse the order. I gave her back the fish sandwichand she gave me the nuggets very anger. I really like burguer king, but I'm so sorry the kind of service they have here inKamloops. Read more
