Worst service ever. Went in to order a cake for my daughter?s birthday. Stood there waiting with no one even acknowledge our... existence. Came back in to pick the cake up on Aug 18 and same thing. Stood inline at the counter with zero acknowledgement. TheLady working the drive through looked right at us and said nothing. Twice. 2 guys in the kitchen said nothing, even looked at usstanding there. Another gentleman walking around also looked right at us and said nothing. Another lady going in and out of thecoolers just ignored the fact that people were waiting at the front. Finally I had enough and spoke up and said is there anyonethat can help us please. Drive through lady didn?t even acknowledge our existence, the kitchen guys said nothing and just lookedat us. Finally after asking again if someone would help us the lady came from the coolers and helped us. I WILL NEVER SHOP ATTHIS DAILY QUEEN STORE EVER AGAIN. NEVER. I could see once but twice being treated like that I?m done. Good way to loosecustomers. Because you just lost my family?s business. Read more
Not very good service..... messed up my order a few times and have to drive back in order for them to fix it and wait for other... people with there orders. Just got my strawberry banana smoothie and still tastes like water and foam.... not impressed Read more
We ordered online and picked up 10 minutes late. Drinks were not ready to go. Safety shields made the line up closed in and... confusing as to where to go for pickup. Skip the dishes delivery driver was sitting on a side counter where you get drinks andno one said anything to him. (YES, THEY NEW HE WAS UP THERE) Food was good. Read more
I have eaten here twice this week so that should tell you how much I liked this place. The staff were very friendly and very... fast, the meal was excellent and a friend of mine told me to ask for a 1 liter of soft serve and mix the oreos in for a cheapblizzard. The woman and myself could not finish it all, but we tried. There was not much left. Great place. Read more
This is the worst dairy Queen I have ever been to. I was here with my spouse yesterday (June 23rd 2022) to get some breakfast.... First we had to deal with the uninspiring attitude of the staff who seemed interested in attending to us, and when sheeventually decided to attend to us, it was a shabby service down to the last minute. Then I got the shocker of my life when Idecided to use the male washroom. It was the worst sight ever. I almost threw up at the stench, and gross sight of human fecalmaterial that littered every where in the WC. Never ever been to a washroom that dirty and smelly in any DQ ever. I couldn'teven use it and had to run out of the place. When I tried to talk to the lady about it, her response was that the "washroom wasout of service". How is a washroom out of service and you don't have a notice stating that? We regret ordering our food bedoresighting the washroom as that is a food safety risk for such an environment. As I type this, I feel terrible thinking about thestate of that washroom and the attendant risk of spreading infection to the public. I love DQ, but this particular one is a NONO for me. Read more
I went through the drive through & you could smell how dirty the oil in the fryers was. I have no clue how they can be operating... when the fryer oil is that nasty, I almost vomited because of the smell. If I could give -?s I eould that's how gross itsmelled. Read more
__ this place usually pretty good miss one night I go there just like normal I'm right you just drive through on my bike because... the storefront closer customers at such a late hour so I continue to order $50 plus and food and dessert. Got toll to just pullahead cuz it was a big order understandable but then we were waiting for a little while I know you started noticing drive tocustomers and going through and I'm not talkin to the two people behind Lake 7 rate cars I'm like wondering did they freeoutdoor my money is not good enough because I'm on a bike so go to drive to window and ask are we getting our order they do notknow my order When I was talking with the one who took my order she read it back it was right I even made sure about you havinga number 8 meal so it finally came up front with her order 35 minutes through drive thru it was given to us really quick andthen all I hear a car Speedway before leaving I go to the bag just to make sure it's right it wasn't one hamburger Missy end thewhole number 8 meal so you're back to the drive-thru window I say what what's up where's my hamburger and the gentlemancontinues on telling me he can't give me my hamburger because I already ate 1 he continues on telling me did I ate a hamburgerso I asked to talk to the manager and guess what a speeding car earlier on the one who took my order originally that was themanager quick to drop my dinner to me and leave so they pretty much ignore me close the door turn the lights off and pretty muchignored me when I knock on the door tell him yes so Dairy Queen sucks balls very rude very judgemental just all-around rude ohokay another thing at the bottom of the menu board in small print it says they are supposed to tip over your blizzard to show itstays in the cup yeah we called them on that he didn't do it so we told about to call Princeton he gave us to Dilly Bars I toldthis to begone so all said and done some of the alright dinner for other people not me I didn't get m Read more
We went to get a ice cream cake for my moms 80th birthday. I asked if they could write happy birthday and they said they could.... Waited 10 min while the staff talked about why each of them could not do it. I finally took the now melting cake from thecounter and left the store. So sad that the young people working there could not stand up and take some responsibility. Read more
