Oreos and brownies!? Who would?ve thought to combine these two in a dessert, I have some experience in the dessert industry... myself and I never thought of this. I love diary queen a lot. The brownie and oreo cupfection is to die for. Although sadly Ididn?t finish it all because I had a big dinner a couple hours before. I had smokies for dinner, they were amazing, with frenchfries and coleslaw and green bean salad, which I didn?t actually eat any of, 2 of the 4 people ate the green bean salad. Butoverall my dinner was amazing, clearly as I was completely full I couldn?t finish my amazing Dairy Queen. If I wasn?t alreadyfull it would?ve been 5 stars for Dairy Queen. Read more
I find at this location this happens frequently . I know they are probably so short staffed but they had the time to write all... over the bags confirmed by Sarah. But yet all three gravies on reciept for all the meals, weren?t there as well as 10 strips ,I got one packet of sauce no gravy. We would have been fine with even extra sauce or even one gravy, they threw ketchup packetsin my fries which are touched by many hands. Read more
It is all about the ice cream cake! If you give them a few days notice you can get any picture put on for a small extra fee. We... have done ugly pics from our photo apps, cute pics and everything in between. Our last cake was just a walk in and ask for onewe liked. The staff will write whatever you like on it for free. I?m not the kinda guy to hate on a restaurant because of the workers races like SOME PEOPLE THAT LEAVE REVIEWS but these last... few visits to the establishment were pretty disappointing. I think it would be wise to equip your workers with hair nets andgloves rather than having them touch the food barehanded. Which is probably why I get sick nearly every time I go there. Read more
I?m usually not one to write a bad review as in most cases it is a miscommunication, however, this experience is worth the bad... review. The girl at the till was amazing, she did everything right. I ordered a basket of onion rings and they came out 1/2 okand 1/2 way to crispy. I brought it back and asked for new ones, the supervisor was speaking very loudly, almost yelling andrepeating it about 5 times on her way back to the kitchen stating I had returned them because they were overdone (too crispy)which could have been embarrassing if the restaurant was full. She came back out 2 mins later with old onion rings in handsaying that they are on a timer and whatever came out was right.,? well, anyone in the service/customer service industry knowsthat was a big no no. They didn?t try to fix it, they just offered my money back after commenting that I wasn?t goin fro eatthem. When my husband expressed he wanted to make a complaint the manager made him go to the till not making any effort torectify the situation??.. ????. He went up to make a complaint, well, we found out it was the kitchen manager in the kitchen,the deep fryer apparently needed to be cleaned and there?s no way we could ever speak to someone higher unless we posted ourcomplaint through the website. It's a Dairy Queen, so I'm here to enjoy one of their Blizzards on a warm summer evening. If you're lucky, they have free... entertainment: Mostly kids being kids and loudly expressing their naive but honest opinions or trying to impress their equallyimmature friends by presenting a parody of maturity. But back to the Summer Berry Cheesecake Blizzard - it was delicious. Now,put some calorie counts on your menu like Wendy's does and earn that 5th star! Read more
