I'll start off with saying we spent a good amount of money considering it was my grad dinner. We ordered drinks and didn't think... anything of it, we were a table of 15+ who all don't drink. Out comes our drinks and my auntie got what she thought was a slushhowever after her 15 year old daughter took a drink we soon realized it was a vodka beverage. As a apology they took the tippingoption off our almost $800 bill. In my culture we do a ceremony and as we are from out of town it was our only opportunity to doone before we part ways as we did ask beforehand to use the outside area, but sadly it kept getting interrupted as waiters keptwalking right through our circle and as well as customers. I totally understand the circumstances but I felt more could havebeen done to Honor the privilege of hosting a place where a special ceremony took place. I took some time to reflect but feltthe need to write a review as what occurred on October 14th didn't sit well with me at all. I hoped these incidents would bemore addressed but sadly they weren't. As pictured below a 15 year old drinking a alcohol beverage, cheers earls. Read more

Was pleasantly surprised at the oysters. East coast and shipped fresh with a lovely mignonette. The fig and Brie sandwich was... fabulous as well, but the staff are what really shine and set this Earls apart from others in the chain. Our server was pro,she knew the menu very well and handled our special requests expertly. The manager also stopped by to greet us and checkin. Try the pumpkin pie with an extra serving of Chantilly cream. Read more

My wife and I were craving an Amber type beer but they don't carry any. The manager, Cody, overheard us asking our server and... promptly volunteered to run over to the liquor store and pick us up a couple cans! How cool is that? My Cajun chicken wasexcellent and my wife was very happy with her salmon. All in all we had a really positive experience. Highly recommended! Thanksfor the great service Sam! Read more

Really like their clam chowder and prawn spaghetti. Alot of clams in the soup which i like. Chorizo hash was too oily for me and... it would be nice to have more chorizo in it. Read more

As usual there's nothing disappointing here. We came here from Vancouver and seeing an Earls here we thought it would be... cheaper! It wasn't. But the staff and food was equally amazing. There happened to be lots of people because of mothers day. Thefood was very nice, and the spinach dip was surprisingly light. Definitely come here for the steak and the service. ???? Read more

Service was really good. Layne was a lovely young lady and very friendly and efficient. The burger was excellent but for 22... dollars for a single patty, it should be. The chicken strips were pretty good. I don't think I'd order the Thai curry again. Itwas flavorless and basically coconut milk with a bit of curry...but there were lots of veggies and the chicken breast wasdelicious. But the portion sizes were quite generous. We had a sunny spot on the patio and it was all in all a good experiencetoday. Read more

The overall experience was okay. Reservations recommended especially during the weekend. The happy hour menu is worth it. I... liked the red sangria and tried the pumpkin ale which was okay. The Aperol Spritz was watered down. Didn't really enjoy it. Themargherita pizza for 7 dollars wasn't good. It was small and wasn't that tasty. The buffalo cauliflower for $11 tasted good. Iliked the ranch dip. I just wish it was more crunchy. The garlic fries wasn't mixed well because of that some fries tastedbland. All the garlic was on the top. Bigger better burger was good. I would say it was worth the ????. The spinach dip for $9was very good. That was my favourite out of everything we ordered. And the portion size was good. This was the only dish thatwas big enough to be shared between 2 people. Every other dish served 1 person. About the service. We felt like the hosts werenot friendly towards us. A few hosts even ignored us and we had to stop the 3 host who passed us by and got her to show us toour table (we did make a reservation). The server also didn't spend much time with us. We felt like we were been rushed to orderand also to leave.. because she just kept trying to clear the table even if we were in the middle of finishing out drinks ????we always had to place our orders with different servers because the assigned one to our table never really came to check on us.We felt really uncomfortable and especially when we were the only brown(Asian) customers in the restaurant and all the serversare Caucasian we couldn't even try to change our server. Maybe the restaurant should focus on increasing the diversity amongtheir front house staff and not stick all the Asians to the kitchen. So guests like myself won't have to feel thisuncomfortable.
