Shockingly delicious! I had the Original Donair (huge!) and my wife had a Calzone...Popped over to Macarthur Island Park for a... Sunday walk and, being new to town, decided to check off a place on our list of restaurants to check out. The food was perfectand not the level I was expecting, it was so good, fresh, and priced perfectly. Service was attentive in a super cleanestablishment. We\'ll be back to check out other items on the menu! Thanks Eddies! Read more

Absolutely amazing for both quality and quantity! We were honestly surprised with how much food we got.\nPizza had a generous... amount of toppings and the crust was crispy and delicious. We had enough to bring home for lunch the next day. The donair wasfilled with fresh veggies and the meat was delicious. The soup was warm and filling and the fries were crispy and well seasoned. Our server was outstanding and friendly and wonderful to our little guy.\nI would 100% recommend and we will definitely be back. So much food, We went home with leftovers. The Classic Döner was huge and was very good . We also ordered the schnitzel with... fries and the schnitzel was really large . It was very well prepared and had a lot of flavor. We also tried the Borsht and theChicken soup. Both were excellent and not to salty. An absolute must try in Kamloops . Read more

If you want a little bit of an experience into to german culture, I can only recommend this restaurant. We had 2 German... waitresses that were very kind, and the chef was also a German. We had ordered the special for the day but also got acomplementary borscht soup, a salad and a dessert. Read more

Being greeted by a waitresses that didn\'t seem to have any enthusiasm, we waited 40 min Being the only 2 in the restaurant. We... received a really over done pizza that was burnt at the bottom, only salami, missing ham and pepperoni. Couldn\'t force down adry bite, after all that the waitress tried to over charge me $34 on a $21 pizza and bread. Saying wrong table. We were the only2 at the time. Never again Read more

I grew up with German / Turkish Döner kebabs, ja. We had the Classic Döner for lunch, felt very Classic German. Although... I’ve travelled Turkey many times, the best one I had was still in Berlin, although Turkish Döner bread is hard to beat.\nThisone felt more German-Turkish than Turkish-Turkish. Mostly due to the denser bread.\nEddies beef Döner (Donair) tastes like atypical German one - the kind I missed in Kamloops. So thank you for opening your doors, Eddie :)\nIf I could recommend a thingor two or three, I’d suggest:\n- Use lighter bread instead of a “pizza dough”. The reason for this is that the lighterDöner Bread sponges up all the sauce, yet the crust stays crispy.\n- layering of personal preference would be:sauce-meat-veg-sauce-meat-veg-sauce rather than meat-veg-sauce. The amount of delicious Döner meat on the Classic is epic. Lotsof sauce on top, I wish I had more sauce soaked in the bread in the end. Yum! Best part of a Döner are the three last bites.Make them count.\n- the meat could use a quick griddle sear between being shaved off and being served, similar to Lamb Döners.Gives it that crispy & juicy constrast.\n- an option with a touch of Turkish hot sauce would be nice. “Would you like some hotsauce in it?” Yes, please!\n\nAwesome veggie mix, love it. Fries were the best I’ve had in a long time. Delicious.\n\nAll onall, highly recommend this place.\nLarge portion, great taste, lovely clean setting, a great new surprise in Kamloops. Willdefinitely make it a regular lunch spot. Read more
