Super friendly staff, delicious!!! breakfast - had the burrito, pancakes, and breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns. The pancakes... came with a good portion of fruit, maple syrup, and lots of tasty whipped cream! Great portions and well seasoned. Simpleingredients yet very flavorful! Had coffee here as well and was equally good!! The carrot cake.. was the last slice in thefridge and I understand why!! Seriously ssssooo good!!!! I've eaten here or just come in for Chai tea latte or London Fog on a few occasions and the service and food quality has been... consistently great. Delicious and decent size food portions reasonably priced compared to the overpriced breakfast franchises. Ahidden gem somewhat off the main beaten track but within walking distance if you're anywhere in downtown Kamloops. It's worththe effort. Read more

Stopped here for brunch on my way to banff. I ordered pull pork Benedict, my bf got the turkey sandwich with soup. To be honest... I was very surprised by how good the food was. Nothing fancy but everything tasted like homemade breakfast. The vibe is superchill. We sat at the patio and very glad the weather was sunny and warm. The service was super attentive and nice. I got them to make a grilled cheese with pulled pork, I don't know if it is worth the $19.41 BUT it tasted amazing.
