The last two times I've come here they've taken my order in the drive thru and then when I pulled up they told me they ran out... of chicken. Twice in a couple months, 2 hours before they closed both times. Don't waste your time. Read more
Do not come if youre in a rush. 25 minutes and counting in the drive through and i was the 3rd car and the 1st car hasnt even... left yet. If it somehow takes this long at a fast food place (wont use the word restoraunt) at least give us wifi while wewait. Read more
Filthy staff...Could you please higher your standard with it comes to personal hygiene of your workers. One of the kitchen... worker was my roommate. He is so stinky, he rarely take a shower or brushing his teeth. Hey, management can't you see his longfinger nails? Do you like smelling his bad breath? Can't you smell his body odor? If I could give it a 0 I would, I just went and ordered the bacon lovers box and paid like 18$ for complete garbage cold fries... and undercooked bacon, everything was soggy and the chicken itself in the burger was the size of a chicken nugget! Horrible. Was waiting to be served for 10 minutes even though I was the only one in line. Made eye contact with the cashier... multiple times until she finally asked me if I was waiting for something. They were out of almost everything I wanted (it wasonly 6pm) and offered to make me a box meal of what they had. I specifically asked for chicken breast 3 times and when I gothome I was still given a box full of nothing but thighs. The meat on the chicken sandwich we ordered was so tough and dry noteven my dog would eat it. Everything got thrown out. Completely inedible, stale, old, and cold. Had to go out and get A&W fordinner instead. Will never be back. Read more
Absolutely terrible experiences, I thought I'd give this location a second try thinking the first time was an off day, not the... case. Staff is not helpful at all, very cheap and thin with the product of food served. Charged full price, you'd want what themenu offers, not half of what's advertised. Poor quality. Chicken is what you expect from KFC: Crispy on the outside & tender on the inside. The staff were great and did a good job... making everything go smoothly despite the changes that have been instituted for safety: distancing, no indoor dining, no toiletaccess, drinks served by the staff, and a specific spot for waiting while indoors. The food was terribly bad. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and 2 pieces of fried chicken. The sandwich tasted stale and cold... and so were the chicken pieces. They were neither hot, not crispy. The chicken seemed like it was fried long back in time andserved. Had to throw all food in garbage. Utterly disappointing. Never eating back here. Read more
