Not sure what has happened to this location. The service used to be amazing. Is there a new staff? Made an order for 5 o'clock.... Didn't get my order until 510. Then They didn't have one of my pizzas so I had to wait another 15 minutes. What has happened. Read more

Pizza was just edible. Reminded me of the frozen pizza I buy. Crust was like cardboard. Very disappointed. Just moved to... Kamloops and don't know the good pizza joints yet. Won't try Little Caesars again. Boo Read more

Had a very poor experience even though the order was quick. The Till person was really rude- I asked for the seal (Peace of Mind... sticker) which they usually put on the pizza box's flip when you order through SKIPTHEDISHES. The girl at the counter responded"WE ONLY PUT THOSE ON BOX FOR ONLINE ORDERS". Only when I asked whether it is possible to put it now, then she went to bring theseal and in a very sorry manner as if she has to go out of the way to bring the seal or it had cost the company a huge amount ofmoney. I mean what happened to STORE'S CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND PREFERENCE. IT IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS WHEN YOU VISITWITH A GOOD SPIRIT AND A HAPPY MIND AND YOU GET THIS FROM THE EMPLOYEE/STAFF WHO IS EARNING THEIR INCOME BECAUSE OF YOU SPENDINGYOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. This use to be a great location, something has gone horribly wrong in the last 6 weeks. To bad as it use to be easy to order on... line, walk in and grab your pizza's out of the machine by simply installing your code... now you have to wait and ask for yourpizza. Read more
