Walked into the store and there was no line up, just a skipthedishes driver collecting an order. Ended up being ignored by the... frontend employee for over 5 minutes while she packed the skip order. I ended up just leaving with nothing because I was beingignored for such a long time. I wasn't going to wait any longer just to place my order then wait even longer for my food. Theycould have very easily just stopped what they were doing for 30 seconds to take my order so it could get started while theypacked the skip order. Like how do you have someone walk into your store wanting to place an order and completely ignore themfor 5+ minutes? Read more
I've eaten here a few times but I'm not going back after this. The chicken had a very strange odor to it, im not kidding when I... say it smelt like an ashtray. I'm not a picky eater by any means but this was the very seldom time I actually threw away thechicken. Read more
Absolutely terrible customer service experience. Before I pulled up the drive thru was completely empty, the intercom proceeded... to ask me to please wait! I sat at the window for 15 minutes before the man took my payment, I could not understand a word theguy was saying over the intercom, he had a thick accent and was speaking way too fast. My tater poutine was 90% gravy and 10% cheese. Not to mention the gravy wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese.
We tried Mary Brown's two times after a friend recommended them to us. The first time the chicken tasted ok but was missing 2... pieces from our order. The second time the chicken was so dry and hard we threw half out. Will not be back. Read more
Mary brown?s used to be good. Ordered on the app, it said 15 minutes for pickup. Arrived at the store and they didn?t even look... at the online orders. Then listen to the manager talk down to her worker as I waited another 20 minutes. Got home looked in bagand there was no dips I asked for. Continued to dish out he chicken to the family. First bite was so gross I had to spit it out.Tried another piece witch was just as horrible. Tasted fishy. My family thought the same. Nobody could eat the chicken it was sogross. I was told that there would be 11 taters in a special side of spicy taters. Ohh maybe there was, but about 6 fresh ones and the... bottom of the container was filled with old stale ones. The chicken was dry and tasteless. NO, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK Read more
Quite a lot of bad reviews here, I'm a regular customer and so far I have never been disappointed. My goto items on the menu are... chicken, potato wedges, chicken tenders and gravy. The gravy is really good. Read more
