Long road trip and picked by random. Glad we did, tons of food choices and each meal was a "wow this is so good"

Stopped in for a quick bite after getting in late from a long day on the road. Had truly terrible service from the moment we sat... down to when we left. food took 45 minutes to come out and when we were finished our plates and empty drinks sat on the tablefor half an hour as our server did all of her closing transactions. She also complained about other tables and her lack of tipsright infront of us. Very disappointed. Only good thing was the wings were very tasty. Read more

Was in town for work on a one night stay. Came to Match Pub thirsty for beer and an empty stomach. Lucked out and waltzed in... during happy hour and ½ price wings Thursday. Paced myself and indulged in a couple happy hour entrees, two servings of hotwings and 3 beer. Beer was fine and food met expectations (hot wings weren't hot enough for a psycho like me), service was atleast on par but not noteworthy. First of all Thank you for the amazing hospitality. Service for us was great even with the huge crowd present. Nachos were just... so amazing that I could not stop eating. Chicken was just ok ok and was quite plain which made me wonder that "anyone could makethis". Sweet Chilli chicken was another hit and we loved the pork rinds on it. Sides for Nachos were pretty great too. $5 Burgerwas just amazing and loved that center piece fried chicken. Chips reminded me of Cassava chips but it was quite harder toeat. Fries weren't great especially when you put that buffallo sauce on it. If I wanted soggy fries, I'd order a normal friesfrom McDonald's. Dessert was so amazing that we badly wanted more. The combination of cheese cake with ginger snaps sort of baseand coconut whipped cream top layer was really tasty. Item wasn't great when you think about the contents vs price but thecredit is for the idea of that combination. But as I said before, many items reminded me the question - "Anyone could make this,right?". Tip: If you could ask to lower the volume of the performance person, it could really help your customers to feel moretaste on their pallet. This was an absolutely terrible experience and meal. This place is either spot on, or absolute garbage. It's ironic that it is... located in a Casino because eating here is exactly like gambling. Could be good, could be terrible! After waiting nearly anhour for our food in a very empty restaurant, the food was not only sub-standard, but my Beef Dip was ice cold. After the Cesarsalad substitution, the beef dip came out to just over $20. For the price, I would have expected significantly better. TheCesar salad was terrible - who puts balsamic reduction on a Cesar salad?! Fish and chips looked absolutely horrific (was toldthey were 'OK' but nothing special). The dry ribs looked absolutely pathetic, portion size was terrible for the $13 they cost.They were flavourless and lacked seasoning. Finally, the service was atrocious. Bought the Turkey Dinner on skip the dishes. If I paid $22 for this and this was brought to my table, I'd have sent it back.... Vegetables are barely cooked, turkey is dry, stuffing is worse than stovetop boxed stuffing, and there's no gravy. Worst turkeydinner I've ever had, I may as well just go to Dennys if that's the quality I'm going to get. Been on the road for two weeksand I was excited for a decent meal from a high rated restaurant. Tragically disappointed. Read more

Good food. We were here 3 nights for dinner with a group of 10-12. Very accommodating and decent prices.
