It?s not the first time I?ve dealt with the lady at the food window being rude, but when I had a problem with my order she was... especially snarky and slammed the window shut. After that she didn?t say a word. Repeated problems with mess ups and rudeemployees. Not to mention managers almost never have a solution to offer. How is it possible that the ice cream machine is always down just when I want a milkshake? The worst part is getting stuck in... the drive thru line with nothing to order for ten minutes because you are blocked in. If you can't offer a product because yourmachines are broken, post that outside. Read more

I can't remember ever getting hot food from McDonald's the last couple years. Room temperature burgers and even if you order... fries without salt they still come cold. I give up with them. Costs go up while service goes down. Read more

Food and service is always top notch as a McDonalds goes. The bathroom and surrounding areas,however, are consistently unclean,... lacking bathroom supplies and the parking lot is ill fitted for a drive-thru (constant congestion to get to parking lot). Read more

I have never been to this specific location and received the proper order. Wether it be wrong coffee, missed a hash brown in my... order, and it?s always something. Today I received my sausage and egger with no sausage. I will not be going back to thislocation ever again. Done with it. Tried to give them a chance but nope same thing. Read more

The Sahali location seems to be particularly prone to botching service. My most recent visit involved ordering a mango pineapple... smoothie in the drive thru. Despite only 3 cats ahead of me, it took 8 minutes to get to the pickup window only to be told thatthe smoothie wasn't ready yet and asked to park in their lot, as "it will be ready in one minute". After waiting 5 full minuteswithout hearing a peep from them, I entered through the delivery door to find out what's the matter. They were still trying tomake it and it was clearly not going to be ready soon and I obtained a refund and left. They'd wasted 15 minutes of my time withtheir dishonesty. The prior visit two days earlier also presented issues and delays. That time an order was placed throughtheir app and after queueing in the drive thru ? no one answered the intercom after waiting 5 minutes at the menu ? we were toldat the window that they had just rebooted their computers and couldn't give us what we had ordered (ice cream and a smoothie).We were told to "go through the drive thru again in 10 minutes", so parked and waiting. The drive thru line became rather long,so I popped in the side door to ask. I was offered the smoothie that had been sitting there for nearly 30 minutes, but declinedand they eventually provided a fresh one along with the most pitiful McDonald's soft serve ice cream I've ever seen Read more

Paid for a medium oreo McFlurry and was given something not even half full. We complained at the window and the workers YELLED... at us!!! Saying their machine was broken ... well then tell the customers ordering it that you can't make it! What a terribleencounter. Will never come back to this location. Read more

When time constraints force me to make less than great choices, I occasionally go here. Lately the service has been slow, the... orders are most often wrong, the food has been cold. The worst part is that it's overall expensive and a terrible valueproposition. Except for the coffee and the summer drinks, I think I'm done with McDonald's entirely, for a few dollars more(literally) I'd rather wait 10min and get sushi or a Starbucks wrap, there's no comparison in the food or service.
