Absolutely terrible customer service. It's cash only, but they won't tell you this until after you have food and drinks.... Wouldn't bother me if their atm didn't charge fees on top of my orders.. Not sure if the waiter was having an off night or not,but he clearly didn't want our service, or a tip as it seemed like an inconvenience that we ordered another round.. Probablywon't be back or recommend as there is much better service at other places around town. Read more
Food is always amazing and fresh. The views on the patio are one of the best. The live music was fantastic, these guys were... hilarious and so interactive with the guests. Only thing I personally don't enjoy is that they don't take cards for payment,cash only. They do have an ATM machine on site which takes a fee. Just heads up. Exceptional service by our server Jake, we got a full order of the New Orleans Lachos topped with jalapeño peppers and sausage... and shared between four of us. Great live music in the background as well by a local musician. Read more
Fantastic food! Homemade deep fried SWEET PICKLES. Amazing lemon pepper wings exploding with flavor. Fresh ingredients and... prices are HALF compared to recent other venues. Ate and drank all afternoon for 150 bucks! It would've been nice to get a smileupon arrival or get drinks without waving down the server constantly. Super hot day... Mist GOING out on the deck, which waslike eating in a rain shower, but very different than the normal dining experience. I thought it was super fun. Gorgeous riverview. Nice patio space, good live-music. Good service. Most delicious Philly Cheesesteak that I have had in years!! Food was... well-priced. Would have loved to try some ice cream they serve outside but we were too full! Some laxity in safety-protocolswith patrons and staff (seemed like regulars maybe) but being outside still felt safe. 7/10 This was a challenging review to write. My partner and I went on a Friday night. It was busy but we got a table after a few... minutes on the outdoor 'gravel' patio overlooking the river. We were shown to our seats and sat for about 12 minutes before ourserver came back and realized we had no menus or access to online menus. When she asked what we were having to drink we said"just water for now" to which our server responded 'what, really!?". We quickly ordered and it took another 35 minutes or so toget our food. There was music playing which was nice, but the wind was a bit chilly. Pros: Food was plentiful and overall prettygood. The view of the river was nice. Our server was friendly and polite overall. Live music was good. Cons: Cash only with anATM next to the register at $1.5 per transaction. Service was slow. Overall staff didn't take COVID restrictions very seriously.Reused Menus and door-man was mask-less the entire time we were there. The 'Meh': Food was overall okay. (chicken burger withmac and cheese and chicken and waffle). Definitely more of a local watering hole with lots of trades people's having after workdrinks. Neat being on the river, but cash only is sketchy. Food we never ate due to ridiculous pricing and inconsistent pricing that... doesn't make sense. ex. Double burger is 12oz. but $28? Regular single 6oz. burger is still $24. Plus this is a beach patio... Read more
