They use Foothills Creamery ice cream which is delicious and has an excellent assortment of flavour options. They offer a great... selection, reasonable prices, make great milkshakes, and are an efficient team so you never wait long even with crazy lineupssometimes. I wish they had Peanut Butter Crunch more often but love that they seem to always keep Pistachio with Almonds andBlast Off around :) And other flavors have been great as well. Ice cream is extremely sweet. Service also is not good. Kids were not allowed to try and choose between of two flavors. So... disappointed. Also the cup dye smudged all over our hands. Read more
Jolly good friends took me to Scoopz when I first came to Kamloops in summer last year, and I was really impressed with the... quality of the Ice-cream. It was really creamy and cold enough. I have purchased from Scoopz twice this summer as I lookforward to having it whenever I go downtown. The first time I couldn?t really place what was wrong, it just felt really off andcold, it didn?t feel creamy. I decided to purchase again this time 2 weeks after, and I got the same feeling but even worsebecause i could literally feel the ice crumbles in the Ice-cream. My partner and I had to do away with it because it was hurtingour tongues , especially for me as I tried licking it off my waffle cone continuously. Waiting for it to defrost was a bad ideabecause it just got watery. It?ll be great to tone down on water or Ice being added to the Ice-cream mixture because it?sruining the supposed creamy texture, and making it less enjoyable. I am not happy with my two purchases, and I really don?tthink I will be making purchases this summer again due to this experience. Read more
First they try to get you to order online stating no charge for pick up when it's an extra 1 1/2 bucks, then they don't have the... flavor they list available, then they give the wrong flavor, and finally charge almost $10 for a couple scoops of ok ice cream.Never again and I would advise to go elsewhere!! For Owner regarding your reply: Unfortunately it is your exact location!! Youhave Tutti online as the link to order for pick up. I realized the extra fee when considering it. When I saw the upcharge Idecided to order at the counter. The listed flavor was not available! Then I was given the wrong flavor having made a newchoice. Sorry you just don't have good business practices...people should not accept this type of poor service and you shouldtake responsibility for your location instead of implying you would treat me right. Wow, this is easily the best ice cream parlour I've ever been to! 6/5 stars, easily. This beats any in Vancouver. I wish I... wasn't a 7 hour drive away from here ????. We came here since we were staying at Sun Peaks. And the staff here are all sofriendly! I was so surprised that everyone was this kind. They patiently waited as we were being indecisive. The scoopz theygave us were massive! It's totally worth the price, maybe even better. Please come to scoopz if you're ever in Kamloops. Iguarantee it's the best in town! Read more
