Very very slow service. Interaction was okay.. guy taking the order had me explain my order three times (americano, equal parts... espresso + water. I.e. very little hot water, I think it?s a simple concept to grasp). There weren?t any online orders coming inbut at least 10 people waiting for drinks and staff casually laughing and chatting between each other not really doing much. Irealized that I don?t enjoy going to these places anymore, it?s always a pain/stress to get even a simple drink done right, it?soften noisy and cramped, and costs so much when considering the experience. It?s been nice Starbucks but unless I need to makeuse of your bathroom I think I?ll be brewing my own for good now. Read more

I?ve never had to wait 20 minutes for coffee before. I will not be back. The barista pretty much told us to F off but politely. ... I had numerous people come in after me, why can orders be processed as they come in?!! Read more

I don?t usually complain, but it took about 20 minutes and 4 people to make 2 drinks and it wasn?t even busy. Even if you have... to drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another Starbucks, you?ll probably get your drink quicker. Read more

I don?t love paying $6 for 2 pieces of bread . This was supposed to be a grilled cheese.

What kind of coffee shop doesn't know the difference between latte and cappuccino. The way they make their latte is too much... foam and very little milk. What a rip off, I've worked for 5 years in a coffee shop and even at Starbucks and man this storequality is terrible they don't train their batistas how to make proper drinks.
