This team is always swamped with orders but always manage to be happy and professional. Huge shout out for just doing your best... even when in the weeds. Probably the nicest Starbucks in Kamloops. Keep up the great work team! Read more

I was chastised by one of the drive thru team members for ordering an iced London fog ?? I guess it takes 5 minutes to brew and... she was upset about it. She told me to use the mobile app to order ahead next time, but I didn't mind waiting. When I got mydrink the person who gave it to me was very sweet, but the drink, made by the first team member, was so rushed it didn't haveanytime to brew. It tastes like milk and water. I prefer this Starbucks over any other Starbucks in Kamloops (usually), but lately they?ve been letting me down. They haven?t... been getting drink orders right and a few times I?ve stopped in at 8-8:45 pm and they pretend they are closed as the hours dosay 9. They don?t let anyone in the Starbucks or drive thru. Workers have been getting rude lately as well. Read more
