Ordered a coffee vanilla frap with no whipped cream. I ended up with a vanilla bean frap with whipped cream. Not what I asked... for. Sadly we ordered on Hey Chef so I wasn't able to say anything as my friend picked up the order. My friend also didn't wantwhipped cream and she got it. Not only that we were told we would get it by 9:30 but they didn't start making it until 9:33. Read more

Lines are usually long, but i've never had my order messed up, staff are usually very lovely to deal with.
Service was so poor.... staffs seems irritating and giving a bad or a negative ambiance in and around Starbucks.... I am dont... feel to visit again. And it's not worthy for recommand for a friend . I thought the other reviews were exaggerating when they said to expect to wait 20min. With a fairly small line, it took 20min to... get my drink at this Starbucks. The staff were very slow, unenergetic and looked like they didn't want to work there. I get thatthings get busy and it takes a while to get through the line... But believe me, it was a fairly short line and it took anunreasonable amount of time to get a simple drip coffee. You're better off going to the Tim Hortons in the next building over. Read more
Today i have ordered an oat latte with brown sugar syrup. And ended up getting a Cold coffee with lots of ice cubes in it. I... told the barista that I haven?t asked for this. So she removed the ice cubes from it and gave me back the same stuff. Sodisappointed!! Read more
