Lots of inbred albertans that think their rights are being violated have been parking in the curbside pickup spot. Makes it... harder for people with above average IQ's to get their stuff quickly. Then they wonder why people leave nasty notes under theirwindshield wiper. Clowns. That being said the staff are great. Read more

Got yelled at when we walked in to follow these confusing stickers that showed arrows going all over the cafe. I understand... covid precautions but you dont have to yell at every customer in the store. Figure out a better solution. Read more
This Starbuck has terrible service. The last three times I have been in the crew have been nothing short of rude. Let us all... take a breath; you work for Starbucks. Two weeks ago, I was yelled at from across the room for not moving fast enough from onesocial distance sticker to the next. Last week I used the wrong entrance when coming into the building and was berated... likeget a grip. Today, I came in... I had my nose out of my mask (I am severe asthmatic) and I had three staff hollering at me andjumping all over me... like relax barista, I got this. Take some time and update yourself on Dr. Henrys actual protocol. Then tobe shunned and ignored while placing my order (awesome job Jake, you really proved something) left me feeling super aboutreturning. If possible, use the Safeway Starbucks across the street... much better crew there. Read more
LOVE MY STARBUCKS(especially the one at chapters). They are the nicest people you will ever meet!!! They don?t treat you just... like a customer, only.
