I love going to Starbucks for a treat. It's unfortunate that so many place are having a challenge finding enough staff. I like... being able to order by my mobile or use the drive through but sometimes they don't have enough staff for this. Always havereceived good service here though. Read more

I kindly asked with a please and thank you to have my tea bags removed at two minutes there was nobody behind me in the lineup... and they still would not let my tea bags steep for two minutes because people came behind me I told them I did not want to takemy tea bags out in the car because it makes a mess and they would rather give me a refund then make the tea properly for sixdollars a drink 595 to be exact I think it?s acceptable to be able to have my tea steep for two minutes before the teabags areremoved. Black tea tends to go better if oversteeped. I?ve stopped at several Starbucks locations and this is the first one tohave an issue with me asking for a two minutes deep I really hope that they will change this because it was very upsetting todrive 4 1/2 hours and then get a refund instead of a hot cup of tea Read more
