Refused to serve me at 9:30 when the sign said open until 10:00 and the open sign was on.
Yikes? arrived at opening and there is no other options for bread but flat bread and wraps. You?d think when you open you would... have all the options because you are opening for business and not having 75% of bread options is unacceptable. Read more

Very disappointed with the slow service and lack of staff. On top of waiting for what seemed like 20 minutes to order when I got... back with my soup and chips I opened the soup to find out it was 2/3 full and cold. I ordered a large but probably got less soupthan the small soup cup holds. I had to heat up my soup for a minute and a half for it to get warm. Staff are always very polite and friendly, however I would like to offer a suggestion. I always order the chicken teriyaki, and... the person weighs the serving cup of chicken, then dumps it into the tray. Well nearly always, there are several pieces ofchicken stuck in the serving cup that never make it into the tray. The second scoop... the same issue. This results in youmissing around 25% of the chicken we pay for. Perhaps start weighing the tray the chicken is put into, and not the measuringcup. Read more
Very unprofessional and unpleasant employee. Smacked her gum around I was worried it would fall in my food. Made us feel very... rushed, just threw our sub together and made no effort to even close our sub when finished. Read more
