Being a chain, things are largely uniform. My rating isn't about the food or the ambiance. It is what it is. It's the team that... I'm rating. They're frankly fantastic. Quick, capable and attentive. Friendly staff with great hygiene practices. Quick service and clean store. All ingredients and the in house bread was fresh.
Make your own sandwich, not much more complicated then that. Nobody stepped in my food.

My family and I experienced something amazing at this location today and I wanted to share. An intellectually-challenged man... was ahead of us in line as we came in during the lunch rush. There were 2 new people in training, and a woman with rainbowpastel hair running this ship. She was very familiar with this young man; greeted him by his name and knew his order by heart.Once his meal was ready, he suddenly realized he forgot his wallet. Without skipping a beat, he was told that his meal wasfree. We were instantly touched. 15 minutes later, that gentleman came back with his wallet and wanted to pay for his meal,however staff graciously declined. My whole family was in awe. This kind of selfless act gives us hope there is still good outthere in the world. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at the Victoria St Subway in Kamloops. They got my order so wrong. Not just once but twice I would definitely not recommend to get delivery. They rip you off take... your money and give you half what you ask for. Annd they put a wrong number down so when you call 100 times they will never pickup. So disappointed Read more
