Great service, fast coffee and quick snacks
What registers on the til n advertised on the board differs not alone places offer a cup that doesn't burn ur hands not alone if... a fresh coffee is offered its not even its being poured into the larger container, daa doesn't mix properly to b called freshhad that done a few times I'd wait the 10 min but they take ur money n give u what they think u need ya not happy on service orattitudes sorry b looking elsewhere now certainly has been an unpleasant turnover of employees not alone advertisement. Went from being a decent Tim Horton's drive-through to absolute s*** show.... Not sure what the h*** happened but It's kind of... b******* when you sit in a drive-through line for 15 minutes not moving... Don't go here unless you're prepared to spend $10 infuel idling. Read more
future employees and customers be aware nothing is cleaned in this location the bare minimum is done for your order, the... managers overwork you and expect more out of you than you are qualified for. if your food has hit the floor its likely it willstill be served. your better off going somewhere were you will get clean service and be appreciated as an employee. Potential employees beware; the owners refuse to pay overtime until you threaten to file a complaint, they expect much more of... you as a crew member than they do their management, they will give you responsibilities without the training, title, or pay.They also only give breaks on 6-8 hour shifts. They place drivethrough times and money higher than employee welfare by allowingsome of the senior staff to degrade and belittle everyone around them without consequence. If you are a international student orsomeone seeking permanent residence find a job somewhere else, they will take advantage of you here. Also if you're Indigenousdon't work here they'll file you incorrectly and then say it's your fault as the employee. Customers beware; Almost nothing iscleaned properly or in accordance with daily and weekly maintenance schedules. It is a miracle that we passed our lastinspection being as we have mold and ants at this location. In the past we've had maggots and fly infestations, those situationswere resolved by crew members and fly tape not professionals. Most of the equipment within the store is broken and notmaintained correctly as the owners do not want to put money into their own store to fix these things and management couldn't bebothered to resolve issues themselves. They pay a cheap repair man to come in and "fix" things only for them to be down againthe next day. The owners, Jon and Phyllis, own this location, the one in Valleyview, and both of the locations in Aberdeen so Iwould be somewhat weary going to any of their locations for employment or foodservice. Worst ever, 1 of 4 drinks were made properly. 1 of the 3 was so poorly made we threw it out. This Tim Hortons has consistently... gotten worse. I hope this is not the standard corporate holds these stores to as this was terrible. Read more
Dec 6, 2022. idk why this particular crew can?t get a simple DD half French vanilla right, I drive over an hour to work and it?s... really disappointing when I take a sip and it tastes like bitter old BLACK coffee with a hint of FV. The other crew always getsit right. Stop putting incompetent people on the morning shift! Just gonna buy my own FV and stop coming here. Maybe get yourother morning crew to teach them how to make a coffee? Yknow, what you guys are known for? Next time it?s coming back throughthe window.
