Went to grab a coffee at 9pm before my night shift started. Din-in area is closed despite being advertised to be open until... 10pm. Wasn't able to get a double-double like I'd been hoping to since I walk to work, and was (obviously) unable to go throughthe drive through. Very disappointed. Read more

This is the best Tim Hortons in the kamloops. Their service is quick and clean. Staff is so nice and genuine . I get my drink... and food from this location so many time. They are the best. Read more
Don't work in customer service if you cannot be polite. If you dont know how to smile, the least you could do is not to roll... your eyes on a customer who has been courteous to you. Read more
Such poor customer service here. Not sure if I caught them on their 3 bad days or not but everytime I've gone I feel as though... the ones I've encountered don't want to be there or even work. And on our first visit my coworker and I watched a couple offlies hop from pastry to pastry while we waited for our drinks. I know they can do better if they tried but needless to say..we never ordered any donuts, bagels, pastries etc from there. Read more
Worst Washroom. Baby diaper changer broken. I had hard time to change it, have to hold with my leg . So dirty washroom. Mess... everywhere. Also sitting area so small. So many people sitting, looks so crowdy. Read more
Got a wrap today took extra long time just to get my doughnut and pop then I had to wait for my wrap which I seen the person... lift the grill press and it exploded she then instead of making a new one proceeded to put it back together I figure must not bethat bad. The person who works there hands it to me with her wrists pressed against it since her gloves are filthy and when Iget to my bus is exploded in middle not even edible and cold. Not my first bad experience but hopefully one of the last, thereis a couple good workers at this location if your lucky enough to get them when you go it can be a good experience Read more
I use this Tim's 2 to 3 times a week ..for the most part the drive thru window employees are not friendly at all ...today for... example I get my order I pay say thank you and the guy just glares at me and says nothing....I order a basic rap farmers itsalways put together like a 2 year old made it ....but today I get a burned crispy wrap ....I get to work and I'm stuck eatingthis garbage ....but on the plus side there are a couple of really good polite employees when you get them ...pic of wrap Read more
