Last 2 times I’ve ordered have been terrible food…great staff but the food is questionable….first time we ordered the fire... burgers which we waited a long time for because they were waiting on sauce, the burgers were cold and the sauce was barelythere. I'm so tired of getting honey mustard sauce on my Asiago RANCH chicken backon burger..... I will even specifically ask for them... to remember the ranch..... Today after working all day coming home taking my kid to the hospital for glue and groceryshopping... I bite into my cold burger that I've been holding onto for about an hour. Anticipating ranch. Wow! The friendliest Wendy’s we have been to. Well done to the team at this location. They were warm, enjoying their job, and... having fun while serving customers. The food quality met expectations of the Wendy’s brand. It was nice to see the newlyrenovated location with table seating, high tops, and bench seats. The new soda dispenser has many, many options. It felt like the air conditioner was running at maximum. It was warmer outside at 14?C. Didn't seem to bother one person, with... his head down, sleeping at a table in the corner. Food was good, the new touch screen soda machine, like all of them, isresistive to functioning in a timely manner (slow). Read more
This location has been a massive headache every single time I've visited it. I've attempted multiple times to order here on my... way home after being out all day and I go an hour before closing at least and I've always had the same employee refuse to servemyself aswell as anybody else who comes through the drive thru and claims that they're closed and there is "no food" regardlessof the posted hours of operation both online and on signage Read more
So I was there for some fries this Friday. The manager was the only one on the floor without a hairnet. Besides, he touched his... hair twice before he portioned someone else’s fries. I didn’t order seeing that. Terrible. I mean how could you touchsomeone’s food after touching your hair? That too a manager??? Disgusting. Read more
The drivethru was painfully slow. 6 cars ahead of me and it took almost a half hour. I was trapped, so forced to do the wait.... Fries were barely warm, but the frosty was good and the burger had bacon on it, even though I ordered the plain burger. I'mallergic to bacon. I was sick on my trip home. This was a road trip. I chose Wendy's for fast service because I was in a rush. Iwon't make that mistake again. If there's more than two in line, I'll pass. Read more
