Was in Library Square where White Spot is located by Holiday Inn. Wanted to get out of the extreme heat. Decided to choose a... blueberry pie dessert. The pastry was plain, not homemade and was filled with large blueberries topped with ice-cream. Theywere not flavorful berries. Took a few bites but was unable to finish. Told the waiter and I didn't have to pay. Somebodyfrom management came to my table after and asked if there was something else he could get me. I politely refused anything elseand left. Read more

It's one of the better White Spot restaurants I've been to. The service was good and the food came quickly. There was no waiting... for coffee refills or anything and we got all our extras in a timely manner. The bathrooms were very, very clean. Read more
Great food. Lovely waitress, very friendly and polite. I've always loved White Spot and was not disappointed at the North... Kamloops location. My 2.5 year old daughter was so excited about her pirate pak dinner. My burger was fresh and so good. Theirfries never disappoint, so good you don't want to stop eating them. 10/10 love White Spot. Burger was great. Good size,good flavour. Then I had dessert. This is my almost 8 dollar salted caramel brownie. It's like... the entire portion didn't fit in the take out container so they cut it in half.....it's pretty sad! That's my whippedcream...Oh and I got a tablespoon of ice cream to go with it. 8 bucks..what a complete joke. Read more
We went here a little while ago and ordered pickup food. I ordered the fish and chips, and they forgot the coleslaw to go with... it. I had called them to see if they would mind rectifying the order, and was told the manager could do that, but there was nomanager available at that time. They told me they would leave a note for the manager to call me and never got a call back. Ithen proceeded to follow up a week later to find out about a credit for when we next order from them. They said they would mailout a credit to us. To this day have not received anything and have tried calling a couple of times and no one picks up orreturns my calls. Strange, I wonder if they track my phone number? Would not go back. Read more
