I finally was getting food after a long drive. I got a drink, chicken sandwich and cheeseburger. The chicken sandwich was not... even wrapped in the wrapper and got all over my food. Worst customer service ever experienced at a McDonald's. The automated voice at the drive-through asked me to place my order... when I mentioned the first item it took a food two minutes for the order taker to reply. Then when we arrived to the window thewoman stared at me like she had seen a ghost and them mumbled something which I believe was the amount due. She then took mypayment card while talking to someone in the background. When she returned with my payment card she did not provide a receiptnor was it in the bag but she closed the window so fast I couldn't even ask for it. They continue to do drive through only when every other restaurant in town is fully open and has been for some time now. They... are missing out on a lot of business from tour groups during the first season since the pandemic. Tour groups arrive on buses,spend typically two nights and cannot drive through. This place will close altogether if it doesn't get its act together. Read more
